Located next to metro station; staff were lovely and communicated well via WhatsApp; spacious apartment; coffee machine and pods were provided
Kitchen could use some basics (salt, pepper, oil); the apartment was very hot; showerhead had significant buildup meaning the spray was erratic; dishcloth was dirty

Far from centre , poor connectivity, they charge deposit of 200euros and refund partially without any reason.

Very spacious and well maintained space. Great price for the amount of space - can easily fit a couple and two single people in the three bedrooms. Quiet location but still close enough to the centre of the city and a walkable distance to Eixample. Friendly staff.
There was a constant light smell of sewage in the main hall of the building as well as the bathroom. Noise isolation in the building could be better. With people coming and going at all hours (one night there was a family coming in at 2:30 AM, while someone above us was getting ready for work at 6:30 AM..) it was hard to get a good sleep without very strong earplugs. The flat is equipped with a base level of amenities, however if any of them run out, a note in the space reminds us that are expected to refill them ourselves.

I love these apartments Ive stayed twice in a different apartment each time -its so convenient for work and restaurants and bars and clean cosy -despite being all white. I just love it

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, very clean, good kitchen and lounge room.
The apartment was very noisy--we could hear neighbours talking, walking, and other things in their own apartments as well as the lifts operating and people talking outside. The shower taps did not work properly so it was hard to get consistent hot water.

We really liked the accomodation, it was very clean, spacious and what we really apreciated were great pillows to have a nice, good sleep Metro station is really close, so it was easy to reach cit centre. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice with lots of small bars and cafes.
