The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect we walked everywhere. The room was spacious and comfortable. The little cafe next door had amazing coffee and baguettes
We had a meal in the downstairs restaurant which was dissapointing.

The room was very clean, updated, chic, and comfortable. The views of the city were great and the large window that opened to the street was an added bonus. In-room dining was good as well. Concierge was amazing and assisted with all our needs.
One of the female team members in Guest Services was "unpleasant" and gave misinformation about postal services offered by the hotel.

Bed was supercomfy! Quiet room, extra door between «hall» and bedroom.
Breakfast, based on menu, no buffet. Menu with limited obtions, mostly different versions of eggs.

EVERYTHING !!!!!!! Where do I start? The staff was super lovely, nice, very professional and helpful, everyone at the hotel was so nice to us!!! The location is perfect. The amenities are amazing. The food is delicious. The room very nice and comfortable. Honestly this is one of the best stays I’ve had in my entire life. I was so sad to leave… I want to come back already !

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quite nice and we would stay there again
They weren’t very accomodating as we arrived on a flight from australia at around 7.00 am. I realise check in was 3.00 pm but most hotels would try to get you into your room as soon as possible. We went out and came back at 3.00 and the room was still not ready, we were about to lose it! They ended up giving us an upgrade, but we were of preferred just our room after 24 hrs of travelling

The room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable! The location was exactly what we wanted...close to the Sagrada Familia Basilica. It was also close to the shopping district. Taxis are inexpensive so easily got to other parts of the city!
The rooftop bar/restaurant was expensive and the drinks were not good. We did not have a good experience with our server but all other staff was wonderful!!! The view of the city was spectacular though. Worth going up there for a look.

Entire team took care of everything so seamlessly. The room layout was perfect for us, and we were especially touched by the careful preparations made for our children. And the food was excellent! We never felt the need to eat out elsewhere. Last but not least, the location was perfect.
