Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was also super friendly and willing to help! The location is also great! Quick walk to La Sagrada Família and other attractions! The spa was also very nice and clean! Breakfast was great and fresh! Would stay there again!

Rooms are too small. The sofa bed in the suite is extremely uncomfortable. They accidentally gave us the wrong room key on check in.

The staff was so kind. The breakfast was amazing, and our room on the 8th floor stayed cold. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were ok, we brought extra luggage with our pillows. We loved that is was cold. In some hotels, the rooms do not get very cold. The location was great with restaurants on every corner and pharmacies. Walking distance from all the high-end stores.

The room was very clean, updated, chic, and comfortable. The views of the city were great and the large window that opened to the street was an added bonus. In-room dining was good as well. Concierge was amazing and assisted with all our needs.
One of the female team members in Guest Services was "unpleasant" and gave misinformation about postal services offered by the hotel.

EVERYTHING !!!!!!! Where do I start? The staff was super lovely, nice, very professional and helpful, everyone at the hotel was so nice to us!!! The location is perfect. The amenities are amazing. The food is delicious. The room very nice and comfortable. Honestly this is one of the best stays I’ve had in my entire life. I was so sad to leave… I want to come back already !

The room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable! The location was exactly what we wanted...close to the Sagrada Familia Basilica. It was also close to the shopping district. Taxis are inexpensive so easily got to other parts of the city!
The rooftop bar/restaurant was expensive and the drinks were not good. We did not have a good experience with our server but all other staff was wonderful!!! The view of the city was spectacular though. Worth going up there for a look.
