Disappointing
The location was the best part about the stay
It wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped. The first night we didn’t get any AC. The rooms were not as advertised and we didn’t receive room service to make up our room. Little storage space in bathroom and shower head was leaky. Pillows were uncomfortable and TV didn’t have streaming services.

The place looks nicer than the pictures. It is spacious and comfortable. It is near two metro lines. There are quite a few local grocery stores and food facilities. AC working perfectly. It was clean and easy to use with a comfortable size shower.
We were missing some kind of cloth drying support / line. The check in was a bit confusing because of the building number 74 marked on the building next door, but we managed to resolve it. Most apartments that we stayed in lack kitchen rags and kitchen hand towels, it was the case. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Other than that it was perfect for our needs.

This property is in a wonderful location - charming balconies overlooking the ancient walls, palace and square and a stone throw from the cathedral. We did not find it noisy at night and enjoyed when we could hear the performers from the square with our balcony doors open and the bell from the cathedral.
We loved this area in Barcelona - so charming and easy to get to everything.
This is an older building - rooms are quite well designed - a few more shelves and hooks in bathroom area would be helpful.

Beautiful hostel only a few steps from metro station, the Cathedral and the Barri Gotic. They even give away free coffee, tea and cookies.

Exterior room was fantastic - balcony was lovely. Noise from square was not terrible - great city white noise. Location was ideal - basically in the heart of Barrio Gotico. Free coffee and water were such a perk!
Bathroom took some getting used to - not a lot of room between bathroom and bed and we had to dance alot to get around each other.

I absolutely loved the location and the overall experience! The common areas are wonderful, and the coffee provided there was exceptional. The room was incredibly quiet, and the bed was very comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. Shower was great aswell!!
Room was a bit old and a little poorly maintained with wallpaper coming off.. There’s no full-length mirror and zero surface space for getting ready aside from the small mirror in the bathroom...the side tables are just too small to be able to use them for makeup or jewelry.

The staff made this place extra special for us remembering my partners birthday from a simple conversation we had. The staff got involved in conversation any time we entered the lobby which was lovely. They were extremely welcoming and helpful in everyway. One of the staff members even complimented outfits which was a lovely touch also.The hotel itself is right beside Barcelona cathedral where there is lots of activities on most of the time such as street performers so the atmosphere around the hotel is great. It is within walking distance to the underground, buses and to nice restaurants nearby. We would definitely come back again.
