The staff made this place extra special for us remembering my partners birthday from a simple conversation we had. The staff got involved in conversation any time we entered the lobby which was lovely. They were extremely welcoming and helpful in everyway. One of the staff members even complimented outfits which was a lovely touch also.The hotel itself is right beside Barcelona cathedral where there is lots of activities on most of the time such as street performers so the atmosphere around the hotel is great. It is within walking distance to the underground, buses and to nice restaurants nearby. We would definitely come back again.

Location location location. No place better. Can walk to everything in 25 minutes including the Segrada La Familia. Most places are a 10 minute walk, max. Dining surrounds you. Our room was big. We had a balcony that was comfortable and very big. Sunshine. Reading. Stretching out — all outside. Great bed. Great pillows. Great shower. Staff was helpful and friendly. Coffee machine creating all choices. Photos are from the balcony.

Fantastic central location, 24x7 front desk that is great from a safety perspective, also gated entry; nice balcony views from rooms. Great pad to explore the city. Fashionable modern aesthetic.

Pleasant
Location is excellent, in the old town, and it is in a building with character. The place has been recently remodeled, so you the furniture is new and modern.
Temperature in the rooms is centralised, so you cannot adjust it to your needs. The only option I was given was to turn the temperature device in the room off. This affected my comfort, as I was cold during the night. Another thing is that they say rooms are noise isolated, but mine was not. I could hear the cleaning person working from early hours, the neighbors from other floors, and the bells of the cathedral tolling every 15 minutes, so I did not get a good sleep. Finally, the water in the shower was not hot, it was not even warm, so again, that affected my stay. All in all, I found it quite expensive after having spent the night.

It was a very central location which is why I selected it. It was a busy area, steps away from many local street performances. The balcony was amazing; great for people watching and offered a bit of outdoor space. The staff were super attentive and always very pleasant. Cindy was very helpful. The room was small, but that was fine for us. Location is my # 1 and this place was a perfect location.

Great hotel! The location was perfect, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable as well. The common area was great with complimentary coffee and a fridge. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Amazing location. Great shower pressure. Looks like the photos. Free coffee and water. AC! Complimentary luggage storage.
Walls and flooring could be upgraded but fine for a hostel. Sink could be bigger. Would like the ability to control AC. High price (but hey, it’s the summer)

Fantastic location! Clean, comfortable and stylish. My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Barcelona a few years ago and we loved it so much that we booked this property for our son and his wife for their trip this May. They liked it as much as we did. It is in the most central park of old town Barcelona and walkable to everything. You will not be disappointed!

Very clean and modern room. Great coffee machine in the lobby with mixed teas and good selection. Amazing shower- one of the best! Great location if you want to be central. Staff were all friendly and helpful- always said hello/bye and helped us with any questions/requests. Fast check in service also.
Such a slight thing but I didn’t bring conditioner so that would have been handy to add with their shampoo and shower gel. Just bring conditioner if you need this!

We were in an excellent location, easy to walk around El Born & the Gothic quarter. Good coffee too. Comfy bed. Quiet respite from noisy crowds.
