The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean and had a lovely balcony.
The pool isn't heated and doesn't get the sun this time of year until well into the afternoon so it was too cold to use comfortably, slightly disappointed with that.

Kind staff, central location, unique design. While the rooftop pool was smaller than the pictures suggested my parents loved it because they met fellow travelers for good conversations.

Really good location, friendly staff, feature filled room. Loved the art installations and the glass elevator. We will definitely stay here again.
The AC runs a little loud but it was fine. The outlets by the bed are a little difficult to access.

I had a problem with the shower arrangements and my room was changed with no fuss. The staff were lovely and put up with my stumbling Spanish
Nothing really. Disappointed that the tourist tax x added nearly 30 to my stay.

An immaculately kept hotel that lives up to its name. There are mirrors everywhere in the hotel and I mean everywhere!!! The staff were so friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries. And the location is perfect in terms of proximity to the highlights of the city.
The roof top pool is a little small but that is to be expected for a roof top pool.

The property was clean and inspected regularly. The staff was very friendly, and my room was spacious and up-to-date with modern appliances.
I had no dislikes for this property other than they took away the tables in front of the hotel every night and did not put them back until 8 AM in the morning and Im an early riser and like to go out and smoke so that is my only complaint
