Very cool design, comfortable beds, everything is aesthetically pleasing and modern. The coffee downstairs was decent and the rooftop bar is beautiful though it gets pretty crowded. Location is fine but not close to anything touristy if you prefer walking (it's fine by car or metro otherwise).
The service is not reflective of the price tag. It's not great, not terrible. Small things happened that dampened the experience. For example, despite explicitly asking for our room to be cleaned, it wasn't and when we flagged this to them, they didn't acknowledge or apologize for the lack in service. The staff attitude is overall nonchalant, we had another incident at breakfast where we paid the hefty price only to be told 5 minutes later that they're closing down. In a better place, the host would flag that we're probably too late for breakfast and give us options etc. Someone did come to apologize on this occasion after being quite obviously unhappy. The pool/sunbed charge that's mentioned in other comments is also true. I get their reasoning but don't agree with it from a guest experience perspective.

Traveled with my teenage daughter and we both loved the hotel; the design, the breakfast, the roof top cabanas and pool, the ambiance in the lobby! Thank you!
