Modern and cool, quirky designs
Poor value for money, lifts were hardly working the entirety of the stay, bathroom showers kept getting clogged up. Staff didn’t seem overly assertive nor attentive to needs encouraging guests to use the stairs when the lifts were playing up. Pretty expensive breakfast for what is provided. We didn’t get to use the pool as we heard the hotel charged for food out chairs and day beds with only a small pool space - made it hard to sit anywhere else around the pool. Also, not the best location for visiting Barcelona old town (quite a hike).

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. We got a direct view of the Sagrada. We got an extra keycard which was helpful to keep the room cool while we were out. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The restaurant and lobby are also beautifully decorated and clean. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the tram that runs diagonal through most of central Barcelona.
The staff on the rooftop were a bit rude when me and my husband were visiting. Quickly covered the cabana rental sign stating “this area is only for guests of the hotel” when I tried to take a picture to reserve. I informed them I was a guest and got a weird look; no apologies. The pool looked like it needed to be cleaned, and was much smaller than the pictures make it out to be. That section of the roof is also incredibly packed so if you don’t rent a cabana or pool chair it would be very hard to swim. This hotel is expensive, and while it met my expectations it did not exceed them.

The hotel is just gorgeous, it has a few restaurants and bars which were all fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was large and very clean, great water pressure. There is a big shopping centre across the road, but it's not open on Sundays.
There was a bar downstairs and I could hear it in my room throughout the night, this hotel is in an area where there is not much around and nothing in walking distance, all major sites were within about half an hour to an hours walk away.

Great facilities and very friendly accommodating staff. Easy check in and the roof top was vibey. A little pricier than others in the area but worth it if you like an aesthetic setting.

The hotel itself is stylish and well located, however the service was consistently disappointing throughout our stay.
Staff were generally unwelcoming and often made even the simplest requests feel like an inconvenience. Responses were frequently delayed, requests were met with reluctance, and there was very little sense of hospitality or guest care.
The rooftop pool was particularly frustrating. While I understand the bed reservation and minimum spend policies, the enforcement felt excessive and inflexible. On several occasions the pool area was largely empty, yet staff still questioned guests simply wanting to sit briefly or have a swim. The issue wasn't the cost involved, but rather the lack of common sense and guest-focused service.
Given that the rooftop pool is one of the hotel's main attractions, the overall experience felt surprisingly underwhelming. A friendlier, more welcoming approach from the pool and front-of-house teams would significantly improve the guest experience and better reflect the quality of the property itself.
