The hotel is beautiful. The lobby, the bedroom corridors, the hotel rooms, the rooftop bar; spectacular views. Location is great. The area feels safe.
Our bedroom faucet didn’t work, it was immediately fixed. Our hot water kettle didn’t work, it took them over an hour to replace; staff said they were busy. The bed site lamp didn’t work, they fixed it. Service at the roof top bar, service staff are not trained; food was NOT good. Second time we went to cap the night, the trainee who served us was very cheerful and made up for our lackluster first visit.

They were overbooked and decided to tell us upon check-in at 20:00 that our reservation was not valid. They offered an "upgrade" in a sister hotel that turned out to have a lower cost per night in the upcoming weekends and in a different part of town. We needed to change our plans at the beginning of our holiday instead of enjoying ourselves, which was incredibly disappointing. We are not coming back and will reconsider booking via Booking.com next time.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the decor and overall vibe was gorgeous. It was one of the reasons we booked! The suite we had was stunning, it was corner suite with views of the city and the cathedral.
The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, we were given recommendations, the food was delicious and everyone was so lovely! A special thanks to Federico in reception, after hearing about our disastrous trip at the previous hotel, he kindly upgraded our room and what a difference it made to our whole trip. It was a special experience! Thanks Federico!

The design and decor ar every nice. The parking is great.
Smelly room (which they moved us away from). For a 4 stars doesn’t have many amenities that one would expect like the vanity kit, the sleepers, a proper wardrobe. Staff is young and cool but unfortunately quite useless, almost annoying.
They bombard you with whatssup messages but the in person service is zero.
