Comfy bed, nice bathroom
My room wasn’t ready until 4pm, no attempt to compensate was made.
After a long flight a complimentary bar tab or some food would have been appreciated.

I liked the location- its pretty calm but you can easily access the city centre by foot or by metro. Modern, liked roof top.
Pretty small room for the value of money, the ac was not working - we went on October- so it was super hot at night. The breakfast has a small variety of dishes but good quality, the staff is not attentive.

Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool due to the rain and the facilities didn’t provide much else, the room was a little dark too

Wonderful location, and the service and hospitality were even more so. From the warm welcome (and totally unexpected birthday gesture) at check-in, to the housekeeping and in-room dining throughout the stay (the mini desayuno was such a thoughtful extra), and finally to the efficient and friendly check-out, the Hox team made me feel seen and valued as a guest.
(Also we love aesthetics, and there’s plenty to like about this stylish property.)
