Disappointing. My deposit is still pending from my staff. It’s been extremely difficult to get hold of staff and when I have they have refused to help me. I’m just super disappointed as I’ve had such good experience with the chain on London.

great location, near the metro, restaurants, shops and walking distance to the Sagrada Família
comfortable bed
Nowhere to store your things in the room except an open rail with hangers so you have to live out of a suitcase, which is okay if you’re just staying overnight but otherwise irritating. no storage in the bathroom at all so your toiletries all get wet around the sink. no make up mirror. They make you pay for the loungers by the pool which we’ve never experienced before.

We loved the fun design of the accommodation including the bar and pool area. Staff were great and location was good being close to the Metro. We loved having free bikes available to use, these meant we could see a lot of the city! The pool area is also great!

The accommodation was nice. Rooms were comfy.
The staff when checking out was horrible. Still fighting to get our deposit back. Been a horrible experience. Also you find yourself traveling to the gothic area a lot. Also you need to pay to get a seat at the pool which we found crazy.

The rooms were generally nice, bed comfortable, nice bar area, nice pool and rooftop restaurant,
There are no drawers of cupboard space to pit clothes.. Yes hard to believe you have to live out of your suitcase in this hotel!! The staff were friendly but nobody helps with luggage tp your room etc. they gave us a trolley at reception and told us to do ot ourselves

The room was decent, all facilities were very good.
Location of hotel was decent - some good places to go near the hotel that are walkable.
Breakfast was good, a range of food was provided
Staff were super friendly.
We expected full room services everyday. however the towels were not changed for some of the days. We expected clean towels for the services we are paying.

Lovely hotel. Plenty nearby. Helpful reception staff.
Parking instructions could be more clear. Would be helpful if they included instruction to stop in driveway at street level and press button to contact desk to gain entry.

Clean rooms, nice hotel design
1) Receptionist Staff is not familiar with the standards of business trips. I asked for the invoice for our rooms. The reservation was made on the booking platform and they insist Booking Company is the company who provide hotel accommodation and is responsible for the invoice. All people from business understands what’s the issue here. I tried politely explain and educate them about difference between Booking.com and hoxton as a accommodation provider- they became angry and rude:)
2) Room service is available only until 10 PM. No ice, no water, no food after 10 PM
3) Rooftop has 2 areas: One is always closed for the private events. Second one is a simple bar without service. Order at the bar, grab your drinks at the bar, pay at the bar. Don’t understand that type of bar.
4) staff need to be reviewed buy management and maybe get some skills update about their activities.
