The property was located in walking distance of everything! We walked to the famous Guadi house and several churches. Shopping was all around us. The room was comfortable.
It’s titled B&B and there was no breakfast but coffee and tea was on the common area for all. It was hard to locate because in Spain the hotels and B&B are just floors of building nothing that stands out like a Hyatt or Holiday Inn signage. If you want to get there early don’t bother and there is no where to store luggage until check in. I suggest you text well in advance to ask questions or to possibly schedule something special with the owner. She was not there when the time said for reception and you wait in a hallway until she arrives.

Very Poor
Despite having a confirmed reservation which was already paid for through Booking.com, there was no answer at the B&B. I waited 2 hours after check in time and After calling, messaging, and calling Booking.com in Spain and Canada, the reservation was cancelled. I was told I should look for another place to stay. Refund will take 10 days for a place I never stayed at. It ended up costing me double the price to find a place at 5pm for my stay in Barcelona.

Wonderful
Fabulous location within walking distance of main attractions. Our room was very clean with a comfy big bed and a room safe. Complimentary coffee, tea and water was a bonus. Nice kitchen facilities where you could eat and relax. The host Tatiana was very welcoming. We were able to leave our suitcases on day of departure.
The air conditioning wasn’t as cool as we are use to.

No one on reception until 3pm. No one answering my phone calls. My room nit ready until 7pm when I had let them know I would be there at 3pm. Breakfast not provided despite calling itself Bed and Breakfast and promising a complimentary breakfast.
