From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The location is simply amazing, with easy access to the city's best restaurants, sights, and transport links. We never needed to go far to find something wonderful and because we love walking it was genuinely enjoyable stopping at cafes along the way. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout our stay: the rooms, common areas, and facilities were all immaculate, which really added to the sense of comfort and relaxation. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the staff. Warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Barcelona is a city that sells itself, but this hotel made the whole experience even more special. We'll absolutely be returning on our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay in the city!

The rooms were a bit noisy in the mornings. The breakfast could be improved, unless you arrive at the beginning of the breakfast time there can be a lot missing or cold.
