The Hotel is in a very accessible location. Lucio (reception staff) who is very lovely , let us checked in early.. Clean and comfortable bed in great spacious room with a view of the outside street. I highly recommend getting the breakfast buffet as it is really value for your buck, has a very good variety of options. We appreciate and commend Misty (breakfast staff) who accomodated us during our stay and give us some tips while visiting Barcelona. The breakfast is well prepared and staff are all friendly and accomodating.Will surely come back again!!!

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was perfectly central for our needs. The breakfast selection was really good, kept filled and with great coffee.
The only criticism was the room was too warm for us and we couldn’t turn the air conditioning on to cool it down - it was set centrally to heating rather than cooling. It may be winter in Spain but it’s warm for us Brits! It was far too noisy to have the veranda door open so we left it open to cool the room when we were out and closed it to sleep in peace but we’re still too warm.

A small palace with a big heart. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel, and room were clean and smelt fresh. The bed was comfortable, the room a good and the towels etc changed for clean ones every day or on request. Further, the breakfast arrangements were good and there was plenty on offer. In addition, the hotel is situated within walking distance of most attractions (Gaudi buildings, Sagrad Familia, main shopping streets etc). There is a bus stop opposite the main door on the central pavement and the metro is about a minutes walk away. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and minimarkets nearby I felt the hotel was good value.
The view from the roof top wss limited.
