The size of the apartment was very good. a large living room with a dining table and a sofa. a decent sized bathroom, an additional small room with one bed- suitable for a kid- in our case we placed our luggage there, and a nice master bedroom with a large bed. everything was very clean and nice. The location on Pg. De Gracia is perfect as its close to main attractions but not too busy on the other hand.
The cleaning service and the breakfast were very good and the staff were all very welcoming. They even approved a late-check out with no extra cost.
Highly recommended!
The only thing that I would improve is the mattress on the master bed, which is a little stiff. Other than that, some lightbulbs were not functioning. It didn't bother us at all, and I'm sure that they would repair it, if we'd say anything about it

The location and amenities.
The apartment was great, very comfortable and convenient to where we wanted to be.
A couple maintenance issues. The faucet in the kitchen was very loose and splashed all over the counter and there were no towels to clean it up with.
We couldn't get the dryer to work, that could just be user error since we couldn't read Spanish.

The apartment belongs to Casa Fuster, so the facilities of the hotel come with the apartment. The apartment gets cleaned every day and the staff was attentive to every request.
The facilities could use a bit of refreshment, but it didn’t affect our experience.

Only good location
There are very bad smell from the toilet that make the room has unpleasant atmosphere. I told the staff and thay just
put a flower on the sink and open the window. I stayed in the room with very bad atmosphere for 6 nights.
When I checked out and complained about that again, they just said ‘Sorry’
This is the most terrible place I’ve ever stayed.

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and it was a bonus to have access to the hotel amenities, such as the gym, pool and rooftop bar.

Great location. Lovely, very helpful staff. AC wasn’t working, was blowing out very cold air so had to turn it off. Staff brought some heaters to warm up apartment. Unfortunately AC not fixed during our stay.

Everything was perfect, whatever we need they supplied us immediately we have a 7 months old baby and they helped us in this case they supplied us cot and high heel chair if you wanna stay with your family or as a couple it's a very good choice to stay here you never regret we should definitely come here thanks for everything
