There were professional people , just like a hotel check in yo hand over the keys and resolve all the issues
The bathroom needs to have a door. I was traveling with kids , so had to lock the room also completely to use the bathroom which when you are trying to hurry up is an irritant

Perfect location, on one of the main shopping streets. All shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everything we could ask for in the rooms, including hairdryers, a washing machine, laundry detergent, slippers, towels, coffee machine and coffee pods. We could not have picked anywhere better to stay.

Location is amazing.
Its my 4th time staying in suites Avenue. Cant beat the location. But the apartment is showing signs of wear & tear. Many of the towels are torn, the mattresses are too soft . One of the toilet door latch is broken and cant be locked

The perfect suite hotel. We normally rent apartments but this suite hotel was exceptional. Great Location, with every amenity you could ask for. Great architectural design that spoiled our next rental.
The only negative was the leaky glass shower. The Glass panels weren't fitted correctly and you could not enjoy a full blast shower.

After picking up the keys, everything was perfect. Can't say enough good things...very well thought out. It's an actual "hotel" stay ... room service and all. Suggestion: If you have an early arrival flight and it's a busy season, I suggest you discuss with them the possibility of paying for the night BEFORE your arrival so your room will be ready in the morning. Otherwise, you will find yourself waiting until actual check-in time (or a bit longer). Our early arrival is NOT their fault - but it deserves mention for detailed planning.
Price. Maybe it was the time of year, but it was a bit pricey.
