This stay went far beyond my expectation. Initially I thought it was an AirBnB, well, it turns out to be a hotel. Friendly host at front desk to assist 24*7, and housekeeper comes cleaning everyday. It just feels so comfortable and convenient. The most important part is it’s on the same street with a bunch of luxury stores, next to Fendi, Van Cleef. And my room actually is very quiet, I didn’t hear any hussle of the busy street. Love love love!

Disappointing
The location is very central, very close to the Diagonal Metro station, and within walking distance of many good restaurants and shopping areas. The bed is reasonably comfortable, and because our apartment did not face the main street, the noise level was subdued. The dining and lounge area is decent, and the kitchen appliances are plentiful and generally clean. The washing machine includes both washing and drying functions.
The property describes itself as a “Luxe” apartment, but there is nothing luxurious about the apartment or the overall guest experience. The second bedroom is too small, measuring approximately 2x2m, and is more suitable for children, despite our booking being for adults and a teenager. One of the bed heads was cracked (see photo).
The main bedroom is a reasonable size; however, the ensuite bathroom is a major let-down. Firstly, there is no door. Secondly, there is no shower screen or blind, which causes water to splash all over the floor if used. As a result, the ensuite cannot be used as a shower, leaving four people to share the single shower in the second bathroom.
The second bathroom is also disappointing. There are no clothes or towel hooks, and in fact no space to place personal items, not even a toiletry bag. The fact that fresh bath towels had to be placed on the bed highlights the lack of storage space. Worse still, the bottom of the bathroom door is rotten (see photo).
The entire apartment is very worn and run down. E.g. the dining table trim is coming off. Coffee capsules are not replenished automatically. There are no English instructions for any of the appliances, and they are not straightforward to operate. The host’s knowledge of how to use the appliances is also limited. Additionally, because the main bedroom is near the light well, there is a complete 4G/5G dead spot.

The view from the roof was fantastic, there were also two swimming pools, one is on the roof and second is on the first floor. The room was big and there was everything for a comfort stay.
There was not a microwave in the kitchen.

We absolutely loved our stay at these apartments! Everything was just perfect — from the warm welcome to all the little touches that made us feel right at home. The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is great too — peaceful and quiet, but still close to everything. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful, you can really tell they care about their guests. We’d definitely love to come back and would happily recommend this place to anyone!

The location is more than perfect with Hermes and Fendi just below; the view is Pedrera and Casa Batllo is 5 minutes walking...the appartments are super luxurious and the staff are very nice. Highly recommended!

Hotel was amazing view and location. We can walk every historical places . The hotel's furniture and environment were very high quality. It was incredible to enjoy the view on the terrace. The hotel staff was very kind. I will definitely come again.
