We had a wonderful stay at Suites Avenue as a family with one child. The location is outstanding, right on the beautiful Passeig de Gràcia, within walking distance of many of Barcelona’s main attractions and with excellent access to the metro. The apartment was beautifully decorated and actually looked even better than the photos. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable stay. The front desk team was very friendly, welcoming, helpful, accommodating, and available 24/7. The rooftop terrace, with its stunning view of Casa Milà, along with the two pools and gym, were great added bonuses. Our apartment did not face the street and we didn't experience any street noise. We spent 4 days walking all over Barcelona, yet we left the city feeling refreshed and full of energy, thanks to the comfort and quality of our stay at this hotel and of course Barcelona's beauty.

Wonderful
The property is ultra modern and centrally located in the most high end shopping district in Bracelona so you are surrounded by virtually anything you might need during your stay from supermarkets, to restuarants, to cafes to all the major shopping outlets all within minutes walk from the property. The building contains many amenities to resemble a boutique hotel although its officially a serviced apartment building. On the first floor you will find a gym, a nice small pool to cool down after work outs and on the 9th rooftop there is another pool with sun bathing recliners and the views from up there are just amazing.
The two bed apartment was clean, had a cosy and modern seating area at the living room with a decent dinning table, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine for longer stays. All cleaning products including washing pods are provided free of charge which was a nice gesture.
Customer service at the deddicated reception desk was friendly, warm and highly professional. Having a reception desk at a serviced apartment building is always handy with whatever requests one might have from scheduling cleaning service, or requesting a taxi or anything one might need during their stay.
Nothing major i can think of but if i am nitpicking maybe the pool at the roof top could have been larger and the quality control team checking on the cleanliness of the apartment after it has been cleaned everyday is a bit too much I guess if you are staying for a week or more it gets annoying but other than that it was a wonderful stay and I will be looking forward to come back once in the wonderful city of Barcelona.

Excellent suite for comfortably staying multiple days with family. Bathrooms and bedding were fancy. We could do laundry, dishwashing in room, and make smoothies for our infant with the blender that they had in the kitchen. Location is amazing: opposite La Pedrera, with incredible shopping and food downstairs. Both the hop-on-hop-off bus routes have stops downstairs.
There was drilling noise in the mornings due to construction somewhere near our room. Might be a one-off thing.

The rooftop pool was amazing, it was a bit cold to get in in May but still chilling there and tanning a bit or at night for wine

Suites Avenue was a great location for our 6 nights family stay in Barcelona. The apartment was very spacious, clean and provided everything we needed. We got the apartment with a full bedroom and a smaller bedroom (which is feasible only for a child or a smaller adult); the smaller adult had it's own bathroom with shower, and the full bedroom had both shower and bathtub; it was great to have multiple bathroom spaces to get ready in the morning. There were plenty of supplies and toiletries. The kitchen is usable for some quick cooking, heating up things, I liked that it has a blender for smoothies not just the basic water boiling kennel, some might have appreciated more the wine fridge. The location is close to multiple public transportation means and even the Barcelona Tours stop, great place to start exploring the city. There are plenty of restaurants in the are so even very late at night there were no issues walking around. The fitness area was ok for a quick workout or stretching, I would have liked a running pad (they only have elliptical and bicycles).
For us the cleaning services schedule wasn't the big deal others complained about in reviews, but I understand some might find it annoying (everyone has a different level of tolerance). They come every day; if you leave the "Don't Disturb" sign they won't bug you, just put it in advance and leave it there until you want cleaning. Two days the cleaning services came 5-10 minutes before the 10am start and one day later in the afternoon (after the stated cleaning window), finding at least one person in the room. Even if the cleaning staff wasn't speaking English, we managed to work around the situation each time and neither of the 3 of us was really bothered; we all remember it more as a funny vacation quirk than an annoying situation.

Absolutely everything about the apartment and location. Easily accomodated me and my 2 daughters. Pictures were true to postings on website. Javier and staff were accommodating and always ready to assist with any inquiries.
That I had to leave to join my cruise. Lol...I usually stay at the H10 hotels in Spain but Suites Avenue is my new choice!

Comfortable beds, luxurious interiors, excellent location and very clean.
The elevators make a clicking sound so if your room window opens to the inside of the building you’ll hear the click sound specially at night. Other than that everything was perfect!

This stay went far beyond my expectation. Initially I thought it was an AirBnB, well, it turns out to be a hotel. Friendly host at front desk to assist 24*7, and housekeeper comes cleaning everyday. It just feels so comfortable and convenient. The most important part is it’s on the same street with a bunch of luxury stores, next to Fendi, Van Cleef. And my room actually is very quiet, I didn’t hear any hussle of the busy street. Love love love!

Disappointing
The location is very central, very close to the Diagonal Metro station, and within walking distance of many good restaurants and shopping areas. The bed is reasonably comfortable, and because our apartment did not face the main street, the noise level was subdued. The dining and lounge area is decent, and the kitchen appliances are plentiful and generally clean. The washing machine includes both washing and drying functions.
The property describes itself as a “Luxe” apartment, but there is nothing luxurious about the apartment or the overall guest experience. The second bedroom is too small, measuring approximately 2x2m, and is more suitable for children, despite our booking being for adults and a teenager. One of the bed heads was cracked (see photo).
The main bedroom is a reasonable size; however, the ensuite bathroom is a major let-down. Firstly, there is no door. Secondly, there is no shower screen or blind, which causes water to splash all over the floor if used. As a result, the ensuite cannot be used as a shower, leaving four people to share the single shower in the second bathroom.
The second bathroom is also disappointing. There are no clothes or towel hooks, and in fact no space to place personal items, not even a toiletry bag. The fact that fresh bath towels had to be placed on the bed highlights the lack of storage space. Worse still, the bottom of the bathroom door is rotten (see photo).
The entire apartment is very worn and run down. E.g. the dining table trim is coming off. Coffee capsules are not replenished automatically. There are no English instructions for any of the appliances, and they are not straightforward to operate. The host’s knowledge of how to use the appliances is also limited. Additionally, because the main bedroom is near the light well, there is a complete 4G/5G dead spot.
