Nice location, and nice views! Very clean as well.
The wifi was terrible! I get that we're on vacation and trying to log off, but it was hard to communicate with loved ones back at home. Especially since we paid so much, you would have thought they had a good wifi connection. Also, the check in was incredibly annoying. I had already checked in online and it made us manually input again, it was frustrating.

Clean and easy to find. Had everything we needed. Staff was great with communication. Centrally located with easy access to the metro. The view from the roof top is beautiful.
Not really the property’s fault but the restaurants around that area are very pushy and not that great. Explore else where for dinning.

The key retreaval was a little confusing, but the manager was on the property was was extremely helpful.
This was an older property, neat staircase and windows etc., the lift was very small had to make a few trips with older family to get things in the room.
They key was hard to open the door at times. Very clean property

The location is absurdly perfect. Spacious for our family and gave the teenagers ample privacy. Spectacular views of La Sagrada. Decent sized apartment. Cool little cafeteria downstairs. Easy metro access. Roof deck although it was chilly during my visit. Perfect for 4 to six people.
Some of the furniture was obviously purchased to be easily replaceable. The lamps and night stands are rickety.

We liked the view, the bathrooms were clean, everything worked.
The check in experience was the worse. We lost several hours sitting in the entry trying to check in. I had entered all the information for the four guests before we arrived. It may not have made it into your system but I did not get an error message or any indication that you didn’t have what you needed. We were so frustrated that two of us were crying. The man that finally helped us was very nice, the lady in the office was also nice but it didn’t make up for the inability to check in and the wait and frustration on the day we arrived.

We were able to leave the suitcases while we tour the city since the check in was at 4pm. The process of checking in could be a little easier. I like the location but I have to say the pics seems better because the actual apartment had some issues.
My family bedroom ac system made an awful noise and the could barely sleep, it seems where the water gets collected from the ac unit inside the room had some issues, I even record a video. The shower in the first bathroom was loose and the shower holder was falling out. The hotel price is based on location you pay for what you have in front of you (the sagrada familia) but they should take care of this because once you get there to sleep nobody is going to fix anything at that time. I should be looking for some refund.

Check-in instructions were clear and staff was quick to respond when we fumbled at some point. The welcome wine was much appreciated. The location was ideal for a quick walk to the Sagrada de Familia and a little longer walk to other places of interest. It was very convenient to have our pick of restaurants, groceries nearby. The view from Room 210 (a portion of the Sagrada could be seen on the side of one of the windows) of the apartment building across and the trees below was okay. The view from the rooftop was amazing. The apartment was clean. Additional hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes/towels was much appreciated. We had what we needed in the kitchen to prepare home cooked meals. Wi-fi was reliable. Washing machine and dishwasher worked fine. Staff was responsive when we brought up an issue we found in the apartment.
We appreciate the cold, water prepared for us in the refrigerator but were never able to use it as the bottle was very difficult to open and we stopped trying lest we have a broken bottle on our hands. Maybe, it would help if someone from Property Management or housekeeping can check it out before a guest arrives.
We were provided with a 3-bedroom apartment (we were only 2 couples though) and the 3rd room with the ensuite bathroom was at one end of the apartment which was facing the interior of the building. This resulted in a dark, bedroom and a not too pleasant view (they did have a curtain to hide that view). It was just a bit depressing. Thankfully, the other two bedrooms (although one of them had no closet space at all) faced the street and had ample natural light.
Nothing much you can do at this point but the size of the bathroom stall has been a problem in most places we've stayed in so this is not unique to this property. One has to be very careful with movement while showering lest you hit the shower fixture and end up either with very cold water or scalding water.

The location is terrific. Great view of the Sagrada Familia. The apartment is very large with comfortable beds. Congenial, helpful staff. (Thank you, Venus.)
Kitchen not stocked well for cooking meals. (And no wine glasses.) The furnishings are sparse and aging, the quality not in line with the potential grandeur of the place. The price a bit high even given the location.
