I was very pleased with the location and all amenities provided. The host was very flexible about meeting us early and giving tips about favorite places to visit.
There is a restaurant next door that is open very late. It was easy to hear late night people lingering outside the restaurant talking and I needed to grab my earplugs to block out the noise.

Amazing location, lots of restaurants, shops. Walking distance from Gothic quarter. Quick ride from Familia Sagrada and Park Guel. Nice shower, AC, clean!
There were some renovations going in the the building. The property manager didnt give us heads up on that and didnt offer any discount for inconvenience. We could hear sound of drill every day (except for the weekend) for the whole week. Most of the time we were out but we would come back to the apartment during the day for a quick rest and it was impossible to relax to the sound of drill coming from upstairs. I think for the price we paid for the apartment we shouldnt have to endure that.

We loved staying in this apartment - it is beautifully furnished, amazingly high ceilings, in a very convenient location, close to Metro, train and buses and Roberta was very helpful with our stay. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets in east walking distance - we were never far away from the action!

The list of things I liked:
The location: the place is in the heart of Barcelona, a short walk from many of the fun things to do, otherwise close to a metro stop.
The facility: doorman ensures that no riffraff enters the building and it is a safe stay.
The room itself: Very nice! I was blown away with the quality when I stepped in. The apartment is modern, stylish, and feels like home.
Accommodations: there is a washer and dryer, smart TV, full kitchen, three bedrooms.
Staff: Roberto was very patient and just an all around chill guy.

The manager was very kind and took care of my mother, who was accompanying me when she was sick, and gave me support and help. The location security was very good and the facilities in the room were substantial. I definitely want to stay again when I come to Barcelona

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable and with every amenity you could wish for in a great, central location for exploring Barcelona. Roberto was an exceptional host - very gracious and knowledgeable who gave us lots of valuable pointers to help us enjoy our visit.
Maybe it was because it was a holiday weekend- the streets, particularly the side alley, was very noisy overnight on the Saturday and Sunday nights!
