Beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom apartment with full kitchen, including washing machine. Great location. A/C worked great. There were lots of drawers and space to hang clothes in the bedroom. Loved the windows on both ends of the apartment to let in lots of light. Lots of electrical outlets in every room to facilitate charging all of our devices.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment located in a very central location. The beds are extremely comfortable, we had a wonderful and relaxing sleep. It is also very quiet,
you do not hear any noise from the other units or the street.

We liked EVERYTHING about this place. The ease of access, the elevator, the cleanliness! It was everything we wanted for a home in Spain! But most of all the location! So walkable. Dining, shopping and transportation were very nearby! Wonderful place to stay!

Spacious apartment not too far from the Barcelona Sants train station; the complimentary bottle of wine was awesome; staff at the reception next door were friendly.
The fridge smelled fishy, but we didn’t use the kitchen much for a one-night stay, and that was the only thing we found lacking in the kitchen. The WiFi wasn’t great; my husband had to do a presentation over Zoom and couldn’t use video, which was disappointing, but I don’t think the WiFi at any of the hotels we stayed at in Spain was particularly good. Noisy in the bedroom over the busy street, and you can hear other guests in the stairwell, but it’s a big city.

Great location to stay in Barcelona! The second floor terrace balcony overlooking the city was a bonus! We could just step outside to catch a taxi or walk to grab a bite to eat or shop!
We arrived early and they were very accommodating securing our luggage while we went sightseeing. Upon our return to the suite our luggage was waiting for us!

The staff and the location is great
The apartment is very neglected, not clean enough. The furniture is old and broken. The shower leaks and the toilet is not working properly.
The walls have cracks.

Great location. Easy check in. Generous space.
Could use more of an update as far as the television. We only got 3 channels. And most places offer you availablity to your own Netflix or other streaming accounts. Although we don't travel to watch tv. Just surprised that it wasn't an option

Spacious apartment and central location. Specifically in our unit we stayed in, there were 2 outdoor patios. Comfortable beds.
Just enough towels and toiletries are provided. If you have kids (like us), barely enough. They disclose the additional cost but this wasn’t ideal for us. We ran out of the provided shower gel the day we checked out.
