Really enjoyed my stay, the staffs were very helpful, they upgraded me for free when I checked in. The facilities were great. Lots of restaurants onsite and the hotel is close to metro stations and the stadium
Had to pay extra to use the spa and had to book rather than just turn up as a hotel guest

Wonderful
The Grand Hyatt is a very big hotel. 19 floors. It could risk seeming sterile and impersonal. But I found very professional, warm and friendly people working there who made my stay really comfortable. Adrian , at check in was attentive and gave me a beautiful room. Susanna, in the Tapas bar resolved a small issue with grace and a smile. And at the Oasis spa, I received a wonderful treatment from Cristina B who is not only good at what she does, but really cares about her clients too. They are lucky to have her.

Staff were lovely and so helpful, the room service and the food were great. Close to the metro station. Rooms were very comfortable and well air conditioned. The cafe in the lobby was great too!

The pool facilities and the staff
The bed was really outdated and was tearing along the sides. The cot that I had requested was broken and there was a musty smell to the room. When housekeeping came they only changed the towels, they didn’t change the bedding or empty the bins/take rubbish.
