Terrible sewage and gas stench in rooms 315 and 328 for 5 consecutive nights. The staff repeatedly lied to our faces and did nothing. Management refused a full refund. A complete nightmare for a family vacation.

Service in the rooftop restaurant could have been improved, it was slow and required many reminders on requests made. I expected better.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
The elevators are cccrrazyyyy slow, and the walls are a teensy thin, you will hear the people above you walking around. Pillows are a bit thin so I put two in one pillow case and was fine.
