Amazing breakfast and some of the most friendly staff. Lots of variety and a lot of thought and energy put in. Special thanks to Deuris for her cleaning and Emilio for his extra efforts in chatting.
They might take off Pina Colada from the room service menu. That's it! Please don't ha.

The room was so beautiful. It was the premium king room which had three sinks. His and hers for the shower but on opposite sides and one in the toilet. We really liked this feature. The views of the city from the room were so beautiful. And the sunset from Maymanta restaurant on the 19th floor was so beautiful. The food was also amazing at Maymanta. This was my second time staying here. Spa is also beautiful but this time round did not use it as had less time.

This hotel could well be Barcelona's best. At least it was for me. It has so many dining options and our 'iconic suite' was like an apartment. The staff were really friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was great, down to the breakfast buffet. Amazing place.
Not really a complaint, but the check-in staff were a bit confused on whether it had been paid via Booking.com (it had) or not. Nothing serious, though.

Rooms were so spacious. Bed and pillows so so comfortable. Shower was so big. Everything about the room was amazing. Good wardrobe space. Love the double sink.
The lifts were very slow. One time we waited nearly 10 mins for our lift.

The staff were outstanding, very responsive to my requests.
In the morning, there was an altercation in the hallway and someone was yelling and going up and down the hallway. I stayed in my room until it was quiet and when I needed to leave for my touring, I called the guest services and they sent 2 staff to escort me downstairs so that I would feel safe. The situation had been dealt with.
Guest services were also super helpful in printing out my boarding pass and luggage tags for my cruise as I had left my printed copy at home . I was grateful for this service.

the room was smaller than I expected. It took me a while to discover the water purifier as I expected bottles of water, and the wastepaper bin was hidden behind the toilet making me wonder why the rioom didn´st have one. This could well have been jet lag - not a design fault.

Had money stolen from my laptop bag
I realized I had booked the wrong night. The hotel was not willing to negotiate. They could have not charged us for our 1 missed night, they chose not to. Of course it was my mistake but they were not willing to make any adjustments.
