The decor was very well presented and very clean
The pool and area was very small for the amount of people at the hotel, lots of children who obviously don’t read the pool rules playing ball with an inflatable goal blocking the exit steps.
Breakfast area was very large and the food was in 3 areas on high counters, difficult to access, the hot food was cold.

Staff were super nice
Breakfast was good - they even provided me with alcohol free champagne
Room service was great and they even gave me a corkscrew to take away lol
The pool was nice!
I had a problem with my TV, that I had to ask twice about fixing. It messed up again later on but I was able to work out myself what to do. Felt stressful.
They also over charged me, as didn't realise I had ore-paid for the room. I had to spend time in the rest of my holiday trying to get through to the billing department.
I was only there for one night, and arrived very early, so was a bit disappointed they didn't call or email to tell me when my room would be available. They also didn't offer that I could use the pool or so on until it was ready.

Good location and lovely rooms that are well sized and comfortable.
Check-in queues are a recurring issue for Grand Hyatt hotel it seems. The process is long and so at peak times there can be a queue out of the building that takes 45 minutes to work through. The lift system is terrible, again expect to wait 10 minutes for a lift.
