Very dirty, too few elevators, long waiting time, spa not included and expensive ( 40€ !)

The view was excellent, property location is added bonus. Lot of cafes and restaurants near by. Night charm is amazing. Easy commute. Subway is near by

Nice Lobby and Restaurant area
Rooms are not comfortable, very poor light. Guest services are very slow: waited 1/2 hour for my bags to be picked up and ended taking them myself. Had to change rooms because there was no good light in the shower and was told that my room was one of the cheapest rooms…. Not true. Paid a surcharge for a better room with much better light. Fridge broke and had to wait 2 days for getting it repaired.
