the view was amazing from the room. The towels and bathrobes and slippers felt luxurious. The lena restaurant and rooftop restaurant was amazing as well.

The rooftop (expensive but nice), the bad linen.
The floor was smelling really bad. Though the smell wasn’t in the room. The facilities didn’t look like the pictures and some of the furniture looked a little old and not maintained. The shower had didn’t work very well. I found out the spa isn’t free, and breakfast expensive as well…also I think I did a mistake with choosing this location it’s far from the center and I didn’t find the public transportation very easy …

Location great.
Pool area was fantastic although as our room
was not ready it would have been nicer to have had a room to change into pool attire as opposed to been told by the pool bar staff to use the outside female toilet.
Reception staff were outstanding with their welcome, courtesy and assistance!!!
At 12.40pm we had to change our room
as their was a horrific stench/smell in
the room that seemed to get worse after showers circa 10pm. Where the move to another room was quick and efficient which we were extremely impressed with it really disturbed our sleep that night. I found that experience off putting and would therefore hesitate before choosing this hotel again.

Really enjoyed my stay, the staffs were very helpful, they upgraded me for free when I checked in. The facilities were great. Lots of restaurants onsite and the hotel is close to metro stations and the stadium
Had to pay extra to use the spa and had to book rather than just turn up as a hotel guest

Wonderful
The Grand Hyatt is a very big hotel. 19 floors. It could risk seeming sterile and impersonal. But I found very professional, warm and friendly people working there who made my stay really comfortable. Adrian , at check in was attentive and gave me a beautiful room. Susanna, in the Tapas bar resolved a small issue with grace and a smile. And at the Oasis spa, I received a wonderful treatment from Cristina B who is not only good at what she does, but really cares about her clients too. They are lucky to have her.

Staff were lovely and so helpful, the room service and the food were great. Close to the metro station. Rooms were very comfortable and well air conditioned. The cafe in the lobby was great too!
