They don’t let under 16’s have spa treatments. My daughter sadly missed out for her birthday as she loves a facial and a massage

HIGHLIGHT: THE RECEPTIONIST AFTERNOON SHIFT JANUARY 17, 2026
Worst front desk experience we have ever had. The service was extremely rude and felt discriminatory. We were not accommodated properly at all. We called the reception four times regarding an issue with our television, and later found out that the receptionist never even contacted the designated staff member who was supposed to fix it.
I personally called the reception again to escalate the concern and was promised wine and chocolates as compensation, but nothing was ever delivered. There was no follow-through and no accountability.
The receptionists working during the afternoon and night shift on January 17 were particularly unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

the payment of the reservation was done in advance of the trip that is OK. During check-in I had to pay an additional 300Eur deposit and have to wait few days after the end of the journey to get the money back. This is a little be of an inconvenience to close the administrative part of the trip
