I didn't like the staff in the room, the price is to high for this hotel and was so cold in the room and also in the hotel, the heater was not working and they offered to us blanket in the room, for 5 star hotel this is disappointing...

The staff is very nice and friendly. The room was nice and the pool area is looking great.
Both the windows and the room doors have quite poor sound isolation and the elevators sometimes might leave you stranded. These two things can affect your comfort quite a lot, especially if you're traveling with small kids/babies.

Easy to get to and from the airport. Very comfortable, well appointed room. Good selection of eating & drinking establishments in the hotel. Polite, helpful staff.
The breakfast did not include all items. Menu items were charged extra even though the breakfast is charged at around 30 euros per person

The Spa …. The best The Suite ….Excellent The Breakfast….Excellent,something for everyone Concierge…. Excellent in every way. Staff …. Excellent nothing too much trouble , especially Lola on breakfast!
The position…. Too far from centre ( 3 miles ) The Club … the tapas lacks variety. The lounge offerings , 18 th floor , are poor ( visit Sofatel T5 !!) Good transport links.

Good location for airport, the room was spacious and comfortable.
The service in the tapas restaurant at the hotel was not up to standard. We had to remind the waiter of two dishes which did not arrive and one of the dishes - a simple bread with tomato took a long time. Also I was surprised that at breakfast the menu items carried an additional charge. Considering the breakfast is charged at around £30 you would think this would include items to order. My experience in other hotels is that this is included. I did not use the spa but again was surprised this is an additional charge.
