The restaurant Lena food was not good. It was the most expensive meal/nasty meal I had during my whole stay. Also we had issues with AC which was quickly resolved

It’s my second time at the hotel (the first time was 2 years ago) this time the service was awful- I asked for an early check in and I got the room around 6 pm. There are huge lines at the reception and looks like that Something bad is going on with this hotel.

The hotel lobby looks elegant. There are many people in the lobby to help check in but if you call for help in your room, you will wait forever.
*There was a flood in our room!!!! The shower drain didnt work and all the water went everywhere. * we asked for something 2 times and it took over 2 hours for them to come. * There are many maintenance items that are not taken care of- bed corner is scratched, the window shades are scratched, the bathroom door is badly scraped at the bottom, the corner of the desk is coming off, the bathroom tile is broken and coming off * The phone wasn’t working This is supposed to be a 5 Star Hotel but there are too many things that are wrong in the room and the staff is nonexistent anywhere except the front desk area.
