If you want to be a five star hotel, ensure you fulfill your commitments - Check-in at the promised time, have management present when scheduled, provide air conditioning that genuinely cools and keep facilities open as advertised. These are basic expectations not extras. We won't be back.

I had requested for an early check in due to an early flight in from Asia, thankfully that request was met. Daily breakfast from 7AM-10AM was hearty, buffet style with quality ingredients. The rooms were very clean and the bed was luxurious for a good night's sleep. The hotel was within walking distance to the congress venue at Palau de Congressos de Catalunya and the Green L3 line which was convenient for us to travel into the shopping district/tourist attractions and down to the beach. Lovely stay
The queue into the breakfast cafe had a long waiting time during peak hours including at 7AM which was a bit inconvenient especially if the meetings start at 8AM.

The staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions. Particularly like to shout out Luna who checked me in when I arrived. She was fantastic.
The restaurant could maybe offer some additional vegetarian options as there wasn't much to choose from.

Comfy room, very comfy beds, no bar in the room, coffee, tea and water in the room, view is great on hi floors north and west side, great roof top bar.
Waiters are useless, they can't remember to bring more than two items let alone four or more and they are slow bringing the order.
