The room had everything you need, the bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillows. It was well soundproofed, so quiet. The staff were very helpful. We ate in the roof top restaurant which had a nice outdoor area with fabulous views of the city. There's a lovely pool outside, unfortunately it was a bit thundery and rainy so didn't use it.
The location was a bit far from the nice part of the city and there didn't seem to be too much of interest within walking distance.

Loved the roof top restaurant. Room was small but comfortable. Staff was very accommodating, no issues or wait for taxi transportation. Breakfast buffet had a huge assortment of foods and was excellent.
Further away from sites than anticipated. Windows don’t open/ no balcony.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, spotless, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The staff was amazing — from the butlers to the reception team, everyone was kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The spa felt absolutely magical and was one of the highlights of our stay. All restaurants inside the hotel were excellent, especially Leña, which had the best food. The rooftop restaurant also had a perfect atmosphere and experience.
