The staff was helpful and very nice. We could leave our luggage for free afterwards there in safe lockers. That is a super plus service.

The room is spacious, perfect for a solo traveller. Just less than 10 minute walk to the metro L1 and 5. Not too busy and not too quite. Nice neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Great stay. ??????

The cleanliness
We arrived at 14:50 , 10 minutes before the check in and we were in a rush but they asked us in a nice way to wait until the check in time (15:00)

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, yet very close to a lively shopping and restaurant district where locals go to shop and dine. It’s also just a few minutes from a Metro station and one of the main city avenues. The neighborhood feels safe and pleasant. Cleanliness is top-notch, with daily housekeeping included in the service. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room has a modern and clean design, making the stay very comfortable. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Barcelona

The room was very small and shower cabin was extremely small. If you are overweight or have big body, you can’t use it easily

We were upgraded to a terrace room which was a great start! The staff were all very friendly & helpful the whole time we stayed. The bed was great & the room was very clean. The location was pretty good if you need to be close to the main station (which we did) and it's in a quieter street of Barcelona which is nice as the city is very hectic! However, you are away from the 'action' so to speak but not necessarily an issue. We found it nice to have a quieter retreat with some good cafes on the street itself and also up near the Barcelona Sants metro station.
I would just say the shower pressure wasn't very good but the shower itself was good.

They don't show in the photos all of the rooms' views, which included four cement walls with views into other guest's rooms next to you, as well you couldn't even see the sun unless you stuck your head far out of the window. Also, at one point someone in that tunnel of windows was smoking, though I couldn't tell which room, the smoke went into our room. They don't give you face cloths. I asked the front desk if they had a microwave and they asked me why l'm asking them which was really off putting because what reason does anyone need to use a microwave?

The people at the facility that we dealt with an absolutely marvelous. It was a bit of a ways from like the Eiffel Tower, and the stuff that we wanted to see but we learn to use the metro, and we took taxis
