This is a thoughtfully designed hotel in an exceptionally convenient location. Restaurants, shows, spas, shopping, and many attractions are all within walking distance. The surrounding area feels very safe, making it perfect for visitors. The price is very very reasonable and offers excellent value for money.
After booking this hotel over a month ago, I arranged my private travel and transfer services based on the hotel’s address, made reservations at nearby fine dining restaurants, and also booked local shows and spa services.
Booking.com clearly warns guests not to make payments through links sent via WhatsApp or email. As a traveler, I have followed the platform’s rules, and my credit card has always been properly linked to my reservation.
But this hotel insisted to ask me to pay the room rate via WhatsApp link, otherwise they will cancel my reservation and they cancelled it without any explanation.
In the end, I had no choice but to rebook the same room with a new higher rates after my reservation was canceled, and I made the pay through a WhatsApp link.

The location is unbeatable, right on Passeig de Gràcia and close to everything we wanted to see. The rooms were very clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. A special thanks to the staff, especially Yelco, for being so helpful and attentive to our family's needs throughout our stay.
There was honestly nothing to dislike about our stay. Everything was handled professionally, and any small request we had was resolved immediately by the front desk.

I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Barcelona again. The location is great, great for sightseeing and shopping, food, great for everything. I love the small balcony over looking Passage Gracia.
The room is clean and stylish. Breakfast is great, fresh with lots to choose from and many Spanish specialties! Love love love!
