Great location, couldn’t be more convenient and city center. The staff are super nice and helpful. The family connected rooms are really convenient and big enough for a family with two young kids.
Block drain in one of the bathrooms but it was fixed after we told the staff. Also noises for the first two nights which also disappeared after reporting to staff. Really should’ve have let the staff known asap.

Location 10/10 - in the heart of Passeig de Gracia
Room 10/10 - super large, comfy and with a great outside space.
Breakfast 10/10 - delicious and well served
Staff really messed up (sad to say, but I have to). Cleaning and maintenance staff made so much noise every day early in the morning. I had to come out of my room to check what was going on (and some staff person was yelling (yes, yelling) at a maid who was cleaning the room close to mine). Had to call frontdesk and make a complaint. Hotel supervisor reached us to apologize, reason why we gave a good score to the property (otherwise it would be 2 or 3, despite all the “pros” of the property).

Fantastic location, which transforms the experience, being so central to all important places in BCN (without mentioning the countless branded shops and restaurants). Top notch luxury and so damn comfortable! Air conditioning was extra cool! Good beds, the extra bed for kiddo being nice also. What really deserves credit is the lovely, highly devoted and ultra professional staff (reception, breakfast, cleaning). You are showing an example of hospitality for the world to experience and up for others to follow!!
For those who have a car, a parking in front is so easily accessible and with discount available.
Credit card reservation for non refundable options not possible, they need to send a link for us to pay, could be a little hassle (which can be forgotten)

Old. Reception guy who checked me in- rather not mention name , was rude and loud. However there was a lady receptionist was really kind.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We would especially like to highlight the responsive and friendly staff — the team was always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel has an excellent location: it is easy to reach the main attractions, and there are shops, cafés, and public transport nearby. The rooms are cozy and spacious, making them a pleasant place to relax after a day of exploring the city.
A big plus is that the rooms are well equipped and include slippers, a hairdryer, and a hair straightener, which was very convenient and appreciated.
The only small downside was the soundproofing, as we could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms or the corridor. Otherwise, everything was at a very high level.
We would be happy to stay here again and would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Fun, contemporary boutique hotel in the heart of Passeig de Gracia. Hotel staff warm and welcoming. Nice buffet breakfast included. Large, nicely appointed rooms with floor to ceiling views of Barcelona’s liveliest district.
