The staff were all so helpful and accommodating, the decor lovely and classic, the location was a 10. Service and attention to detail was excellent. Really enjoyed the small patio sitting area from our room.
I would have liked a bit of a larger table or shelving unit in the bathroom for toiletries and such. There wasn’t a lot of room to hang towels or a change of clothes. As two people who weren’t a “couple” one of us had to change in the bathroom for privacy.

Location was fantastic. Besides, we could check in earlier, and get a rest before exploring the city. Luckily the room was ready and reception was really nice. Family room was one of the best what we could expect from this hotel. And the breakfast also was nice.

Beautiful and located in nice area. The breakfast was wonderful
The air conditioner was set at 28c and we would turn it down and it would revert automatically. We asked them every morning to fix it but that never happened.
Breakfast is 18euro pp. to make up for the air conditioning issue they gave us our breakfast fee.

Hotel was perfect
In room the electricity socket to connect laptop is under the table so you have to crawl on your knees to get connected. Also on Suite photos I got impression that the room should have much bigger bathtube, specially when you are large person. overall the stay was good despite those 2 minor problems
