The stay was fantastic and I will certainly return and recommend to others. The location can not be better. Taxi Stand and Train Station within a block in the heart of shopping and restaurant district. The staff was first rate and I felt like they knew what I needed before I had to ask. Breakfast was excellent. WiFi was excellent. Beds were excellent. Location was excellent. Staff was excellent.

The hotel is excellent. I had only complements about the stay. Polite and kind staff; the room was enormous and great; the amenities were incredible; the location is perfect; worth the money!

Everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The room was comfortable with plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the Passeig de Gràcia.

Awesome location! You can walk pretty much anywhere in the city. Near great restaurants, shops, lots of Gaudi action, taxi rank right outside and plaza Catalunya is about 10 mins walk. 'Wime hour' at 5 every day and hot chocolate on Fri were a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the location, the staff's attentiveness, and the comfort. The breakfast room and breakfast options were particularly excellent. We felt very safe and comfortable as a family. We relaxed at the hotel every day with the complimentary wine, coffee, and hot chocolate served daily when we were tired.

We booked two rooms because we were traveling with our parents. Unfortunately, the two rooms were on different floors. One was on the first floor, room 108, and the other was a family room on the second floor, which was actually very nice.
However, room 108 was really a problem. I had already mentioned that we are light sleepers, but during the night there was some kind of noise that was extremely loud and constant. It lasted the whole night, and my father barely slept at all.
Before bedtime, the hotel did kindly provide a pillow spray, a relaxing spray, which was a very thoughtful touch, and we really appreciated that.
When we arrived, the reception staff were extremely warm and welcoming. There was a male manager who was especially friendly and helpful, which gave us a very good first impression.
The only negative experience, unfortunately, happened at checkout. The front desk staff on duty had a rather poor attitude. Even after we had returned the room cards, he wouldn’t let us leave and insisted that we needed to pay the city tax. I explained that we had already paid it upon arrival, but he continued checking for several minutes. The whole interaction felt quite uncomfortable, almost like being interrogated, before he finally let us go. This delayed our schedule and was quite frustrating.
Originally, we wanted to give this hotel a full score, but due to the noise issue in room 108 and the unpleasant attitude during checkout, it really brought down our overall experience.

Amazing location. Really nice clean room. The staff was incredible but especially Paulina… she was AMAZING!! She takes a real interest in the guests and she and the rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful. It was a really amazing experience.
