Very Good
Location was great, close to restaurants and a metro station. View from the roof was great as well. Sauna is a nice addition. Staff was super helpfull.

Very Poor
Check out the water marks along the hallways on every floor between 2 - 5. The smell hits you as enter the floor. Clearly severe / long term dampness and weather tightness issues. Doesn’t take a scientist to know weather tightness = mould = bad for your health. How are people not noticing/ still staying here. How is this building is compliant with health standards I don’t know

The hotel itself is nice and location is great as it was close to everything.
Nice roof top with pool, I'm sure it would be great in summer.
The beds are the only thing I didn't like. It was 2 king singles beds put together but kept splitting and abit uncomfortable.
Also my 4 year son sleeps on the same bed but they charged extra for another bed that we weren't going to use.

Disappointed that the gym is not open early in the morning! People like to do a workout early in the morning, then carry on their day. Open it up early!!
Also the roof area is closed too early at night. People want to go up there and enjoy the outdoor view at night!

Great hotel. Starting with the reception staff, polite, welcoming, helpful and very efficient. The hotel rooms are comfortable and the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent. At breakfast there was a selection of pastries, a selection of eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, vegetables and a good coffee machine. Great breakfast.
This is the third time our family has stayed at this hotel and there is no doubt that we will choose this hotel on our next visit. We would also like to mention the excellent location of the hotel. Simply an excellent hotel.
There's nothing to comment on. We just had a good time.

Rooms were nice and clean, 2 bottles of water and coffee maker available. The suite was nothing more than a slightly bigger room with a couch.
Breakfast room was too warm, breakfast was basic, nothing for a considered 4-star hotel. Staff was ok, but not very friendly, everything needed handling quick, but not a warm welcome as you would expect from a 4-star rating. In the second room to the suite there was a couch, but for instance no tv. Couch wasn't very clean either.

Arranged transportation from airport to hotel through hotel, service was great. We were given an upgrade to he room that I had originally booked - it was fantastic. Will definitely book this hotel again when we are in Barcelona.

The location, ambience, lovely spacious room and very comfortable large single beds
It wasn’t easy to work out the hot & cold water and there were no spoons to make the hot drinks in the rooms - only tiny suggestions to an overall great stay
