Location was close to everything.
Disappointed that the gym is not open early in the morning! People like to do a workout early in the morning, then carry on their day. Open it up early!!
Also the roof area is closed too early at night. People want to go up there and enjoy the outdoor view at night!

Arranged transportation from airport to hotel through hotel, service was great. We were given an upgrade to he room that I had originally booked - it was fantastic. Will definitely book this hotel again when we are in Barcelona.

The location, ambience, lovely spacious room and very comfortable large single beds
It wasn’t easy to work out the hot & cold water and there were no spoons to make the hot drinks in the rooms - only tiny suggestions to an overall great stay

I loved the location of the property, the free breakfast and the roof top bar area overlooking Barcelona.
I did not like that the front desk staff was not straight forward with us. I had them call me a cab on the Saturday I was boarding my cruise and never realized I would get charged more with the cab than if I had hailed the cab myself. When I questioned the cab driver why the meter was already at $11 euros after being in the cab 5 minutes he informed me that because they called the cab, his meter starts running the minute he is on his way to us. I did not appreciate that at all. Especially, since cabs pass by every second by the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and transportation.
Alex at the front desk was so exceptionally helpful, always there to give us assistance, directions, and recommendations. He stands out as the only exceptional employee there.

The Hotel is very nice. Staff on reception is excellent. The pool is very nice. The rooms are big. Restoran is very big and the buffet is very good.
The staff in Restoran is not nice. The first day they said they have no additional napkins, but on next day they put the napkins - but not on the buffet table, but in the restoran entry. And one young guy from the restoran staff said us not to take 2 glasses of water ( they were very small) - but every time to go for the water with the same glass!! Unbelievable! And the same guy made condemning gestures with his head, when one of small children ( not our) cried!

Amazing rooftop pool and lounge.

I was on the first floor and it smelled very musty, and like they tried to mask it with cheap air fresheners. You can see water damage on the hallway walls. There weren’t many places to hang wet towels in the room, and it was hard to keep the water in the shower with how the shower door was. I would have liked better air quality and air flow in the room.

A comfortable bed and enough space in the room
The front desk staff was very rude. He was arguing with a group of people before me, and when it was my turn, he insisted that they were sold out and had no available rooms. However, I was still able to book a room online through Booking.com, and in the end, he had no choice but to give me the room.

Stuff was good
First day AC was good & the second day not working AC but stuff was so nice and the change the room for us
And then 3 day we wake up and found that there is a lots lots lots of ants on shelf up the fridge and i make videos and tell the stuff about the issue they offered again another room which i refuse i will spent the vacation changed rooms so they offered free breakfast for us as apology ?but to be honest hotel was good its not our first time but there is perceived issue with them so i switch in another trip and then i tell my self i will give them another chance
Stuff was so decent and try to help and i sent email to the manger and unfortunately he didn’t answer or apologize and i will not come back to this hotel or hrecommend to any one of my friends &family
