The corridors smelled, the beds were very uncomfortable and I got a bad back pain, no slippers or vanity kits, the towels were old and dirty, the shower head was rusty, the furniture was damaged.

The staff were friendly and kind. Cleanliness of the lobby and rooms was good. Great water pressure in the shower. Very good location, close to everything you can ask for such as great cafes, restaurants, shops, etc.
The hotel feels quite dated, and the rooms are definitely in need of renovation, with worn-out furniture and an old bathroom. We stayed in a room at the end of the corridor with a window facing the street, and unfortunately, the soundproofing was probably the worst I’ve ever encountered - all the street noise could be clearly heard inside the room.
The mattress also felt old and offered very little back support, as it was far too soft. The bed linens were noticeably low quality as well, with an unpleasant, almost crisp feel.
