Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Every time the toilet was flushed, a strong sewage smell came out, making the bathroom and room very unpleasant. Additionally, the temperature inside the room was unbearable. Although it was winter and the central air conditioning system was turned off, the weather outside was around 16–17°C, yet the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable.
We reported both issues to the lobby staff, but we were told that nothing could be done because the air conditioning system was completely shut down. Unfortunately, this made it very difficult to rest properly during our stay.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The housekeeping were very good.
The room was very basic. I would not consider it a 4 star hotel based on the room at all. However the lobby was nice. The air conditioning unit seemed very old and did not really work. It made a noise when turned on but did not make our room colder as we wanted it.

Location was very good as it is in the center of the city. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Personnel was polite and discreet.

The rooms need deep cleaning not just changing bed sheets there’s dust everywhere
We came to the room and found a bug on the pillow , and then when we asked for slippers they said its not included in our room choice what kind of policy is this?, and the cleaning lady opened the door on us while we were sleeping without even knocking the door , and the reception is not helpful every time i ask for something i need to make a problem with them to make it , also there’s no mini bar .
