The beautiful big hotel and location was central and near most attractions we visited. The room was espacious and clean. The house keeper and very very good and made every day for us a paradise to come

The staff were amazing and truly made my stay unforgettable. A special thank you to the manager, Helena Gracia, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I was also surprised with a lovely birthday gift, which made the experience even more special.
The room insulation was limited, as noise from a neighboring room was noticeable. The bathroom ventilation was not functioning properly, and although it could not be fully resolved, I appreciated that a plumber was sent promptly to try to fix the issue. There were also some concerns regarding the quality and cleanliness of the bedding.

Good location, within walking distance of 3 metro stops. Room was large and light. Breakfast was very good.
