Everthing was perfect staff Mr Gabrı and Mrs Marta thank you very much. Location was good clean and important there were sleppers
During our stay, we were extremely satisfied. It is a very clean and centrally located hotel that families can definitely choose with confidence. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Gabri at the reception for warmly welcoming us, and also to Mrs. Marta for her kindness. If I come again, this is certainly the hotel I will stay at. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The balcony upgrade was incredible. And they let us store our luggage for free at the end of our trip too since we had a late departure.

1) the first day we checked in, there was a glass piece on the floor and my son got hurt in his toe. when we called reception to inform them, they literally asked if we were the ones who broke the glass on the floor and also, there was a contact lenses on the floor, and I showed it to the guy and he literally was asking if the contact lenses were mine. seriously???? we literally checked in 10 minutes before contacting reception and he knew that, but he still asked us those weird questions so that we don’t blame the hotel. The rooms were very dusty everyday. 2 staff at the reception (1 lady & 1 guy) were rude and not very helpful. We stayed for seven night and they only provide tissues once, although the box was clearly empty. Same thing with the amenities if you use it once they won’t provide it again. The shower water had so much chlorine. You could literally smell it.

The location, the pool, the pool deck, the city street view and the rooftop restaurant. The front desk staff really friendly and inviting. The room was good.
The elevators without A/C, the bar staff could be more friendly and inviting. The bathroom was clunky with glass doors for the toilette privacy.

The room was smallish but nice. The bathroom was nice as well. The rooftop pool and bar area were fantastic! The pool is small - for plunging - but so welcome during a heat wave after long days. The staff was very helpful. The location was also great - near excellent restaurants and public transit.

The rooms are big. The best part is that they have water filing stations on each floor that dispenses cold still water! What a bonus for hot summer days. The customer service is good. This place offers a wide selection of food for breakfast and it tastes good too. The location is great.
Breakfast is a bit pricey at 20 EUROS per person. Wish they would offer a kids rate for 12 and under like other places.

They upgraded us to a suite with king bed as they couldn't give us twins. The breakfast was 20 euros but worth it.
