Everything was perfect! The rooftop is the best bit- pool is lovely with great views over the city. Plenty of sun loungers and great cocktails! All the staff were so lovely and everyone staying there was so friendly was a nice atmosphere :)

Its a good luxurious hotel! We arrived early and couldnt check in but they helped us with the storage of our luggage and do a pre check-in so that we could enjoy our day in Barcelona. Location is perfect, clean and nice neighborhood, lots of places are walking distance, or the metro is 2 min walk (and the train from the airport also stops close by). There are lots of stores and good restaurants. The staff was amazing, helped us with respect and were friendly. The room was clean and spacious. There was also a great and big balcony with chairs and where you can lay down. The rooftop had a good vibe and gives you a nice view. The pool was small and cold to swim in. Breakfast was perfect! Highly recommend staying here!

Very loud noises between 21.00 and 2.00am from hotel. We think it was the laundry system and our room 101 was next to it. We move rooms after two disturbing nights.

Air con in the room didnt work, constantly stuck on 24c! Form to request maintenance work e.g. fix air con never was completed and instead form was put back on door Prior request to add something complimentary due to getting married was missed and not acknowledged. Emailed prior to see if this was possible e.g. room upgrade. No mention of anything during check in. No mention of congratulations on your marriage, however hotel were keen to ask for feedback as soon as I checked in?!
