Convenient location for our few days away. We made use of the rooftop pool area which provided towels free of charge. The reception staff also advised on how best to travel to primavera sounds ,which was the purpose of our trip.
We had to move room on arrival as there was a very strong smell coming from the bathroom . They moved us straight away to a different style of room.

I really liked the breakfast, a variety of foods to choose from. The location is close to Plaça de Catalunya and many other places where you can just walk to them.
I didnt like that they didnt explain that for the water you have a different disposal in the hallways and not in the room. They should’ve explained it because we spent both nights thinking there was no water in the room and had to buy from the store.

We had a fantastic stay at Gran Hotel Havana. The location is absolutely perfect, situated close to all of the major shopping streets and tons of great restaurants—including where I had the best gelato of my entire vacation!
The service here is truly lovely; the staff went completely above and beyond by helping us source and secure a walker for my mother, which meant the world to us. Our room was also wonderful, featuring very comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom. While we didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, it looked beautiful. Our favorite feature was definitely the rooftop bar and pool; it was the perfect, relaxing spot to unwind with great food after a long day of walking around. We highly recommend this hotel!

Room was very nice and the hotel was fun, especially the roof deck. The staff was extremely helpful.
Maybe just coffee available in the morning, even for guests who did not include breakfast.

Pleasant
The strongest aspects of this hotel are its location and staff. The hotel is situated in a pleasant and safe neighborhood, close to many shops and amenities while avoiding the overcrowded atmosphere found in some other parts of the city. The staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.
However, the hotel is advertised as a 4-star superior property, and in my view the overall condition and facilities did not reflect that classification. The interior design, lighting concept, corridors, and bathrooms appeared dated and in need of renovation. There were also noticeable odors in parts of the hotel. The furniture and finishes gave a budget impression, and some aspects of the room design were impractical, such as the lighting controls, which offered limited flexibility and made it difficult to create comfortable ambient lighting.
While the hotel may have met higher standards in the past, it currently feels closer to a standard 3-star property than a contemporary 4-star superior hotel, particularly considering the price level.

first of all Location was great not very touristic place but in the center, you can walk in any directions, everything was very close.
The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was with big choice, fresh with good staff.
