Clean room and facilities. Restaurant on roof top was ok.
Not much except for shopping and a few small restaurants nearby. Food at the rooftop restaurant was just ok.

How is the junior suit as they told me that about my room which is named atrium has no window to the street or anything is living as the window is looking to a wall as I am looking like I am in the prison not a hotel room and thought to be junior suit ????? it’s not fair to pay more for inhumanity room and others paying less for good room and good view to living views

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of Plaza Cataluña, Portal del Angel and other main spots as well as a subway station and bus station (this one right outside the hotel entrance). There is also a small supermarket across the street where you can easily buy anything you need. The hotel is well-kept and well run. The staff are very nice, welcoming, and happy to help and solve any issue. The rooms and beds were comfortable. We had a good night sleep and rested well. The room was quiet; we did not have any outside street noise, however, we specifically requested a quiet room in the back, which they kindly complied with. The hotel is located on a main and very busy street, so if noise is something that bothers you make sure to request a room away from the main street. Breakfast was served every morning until 10:30am and was a buffet-style breakfast. I'd say we enjoyed the breakfast very much, albeit a bit pricey in my opinion ($20 Euro per person and not included in the price of the room so for 3 people it came out to $60 euros each day), but had everything you'd want including fresh croissants, freeshly squeezed orange juice, and a variety of coffee, fruits, cold cuts etc. We did not use any other facilities such as pool or gym. The gym is small and nothing out of this world, but will do for a basic workout with dumbbells. The hotel and bedroom were clean at all times. The shower had great water pressure, and the best part, they provide basic toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and body lotion by L'Occitane which we very much enjoyed.
Breakdfast not included in stay and a bit pricey, especially for a family of 3-4.
Extra bed was a cot style bed, we had been told it would be a regular third single bed and it was a bit disappointing to find out it was not. Luckily the 3rd person was a child so it wasn't too bad, and we only stayed there for 3 nights, but I'm not sure how comfortable the cot bed would be for an adult to sleep in.

The staff were amazing and truly made my stay unforgettable. A special thank you to the manager, Helena Gracia, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I was also surprised with a lovely birthday gift, which made the experience even more special.
The room insulation was limited, as noise from a neighboring room was noticeable. The bathroom ventilation was not functioning properly, and although it could not be fully resolved, I appreciated that a plumber was sent promptly to try to fix the issue. There were also some concerns regarding the quality and cleanliness of the bedding.

During our stay, we were extremely satisfied. It is a very clean and centrally located hotel that families can definitely choose with confidence. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Gabri at the reception for warmly welcoming us, and also to Mrs. Marta for her kindness. If I come again, this is certainly the hotel I will stay at. 1) the first day we checked in, there was a glass piece on the floor and my son got hurt in his toe. when we called reception to inform them, they literally asked if we were the ones who broke the glass on the floor and also, there was a contact lenses on the floor, and I showed it to the guy and he literally was asking if the contact lenses were mine. seriously???? we literally checked in 10 minutes before contacting reception and he knew that, but he still asked us those weird questions so that we don’t blame the hotel. The rooms were very dusty everyday. 2 staff at the reception (1 lady & 1 guy) were rude and not very helpful. We stayed for seven night and they only provide tissues once, although the box was clearly empty. Same thing with the amenities if you use it once they won’t provide it again. The shower water had so much chlorine. You could literally smell it.
