Wonderful
The hotel was clean and modern - the room sizes were bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, even allowing us to order food at the rooftop patio bar just moments after the kitchen had closed.
It can take some time to get a taxi on embarkation day if your in town for a cruise be aware and plan to leave early.

The house keeping was excellent. The Reception staff were excellent.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Each time we phoned for assistance eg. Our telephone wasn't working properly, the response was slow. We ordered a bucket of ice for our room ... we never received it. The breakfast was limited and it would be more economical to not have breakfast at the hotel but to go out for breakfast. You will get better food and you'll get exactly what you want

Great location, great staff, great rooftop, great breakfast. Room was a typical hotel room but big enough for 3 people.
More storage would be great, had to keep my bag under my bed as there was not enough room for three people’s bags and belongings.

at the beginning the hotel cancelled our reservation for no apparent reason claiming the visa card didnt work , after going to the hotel , they agreed to give us the rooms and the visa card worked , other than that , all went fine

Location was great. Room size was very good for Barcelona standards The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Manuel who really took care of our family during our stay.
Parking space was tiny. But par for the course en Europe.
