The location was great.
The breakfast selection was small but satisfying.
The room was nicely renovated and comfortable.
The surrounding area was quieter and felt safer than we expected.
There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom in room 113.
There were also no facilities in the hotel to really enjoy, and we were not given much information about the hotel services.

Location was really good. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable.
Could have been a lot cleaner. The public areas were not clean. The hotel would benefit from some renovation. I would not recommend this to friends or family.

Always look forward to returning to the hotel. Staff as always very friendly and welcoming.
One slight problem regarding coffee and tea service's .would be easier with a normal kettle rather than what is supplied.
