The cleanliness, reception was friendly
On january 15.26 the cleaners was talking too loud in the morning. I don’t really mind they are talking but pwrhaps has to think that maybe some people are still sleeping. Other than that the previous cleaners was silent.

We had a lovely stay at Grand Hotel Havana and truly enjoyed our time there.
The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. We felt relaxed from the first day, which is very important when traveling. The location is excellent, close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything we needed was within walking distance, and getting around the city was very easy.
The breakfast was good, with fresh options and enough variety to start the day well. We enjoyed having a calm breakfast before heading out to explore Barcelona.
The staff were amazing — always friendly, smiling, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were happy to assist with anything we needed, which really added to our experience.
