The balcony upgrade was incredible. And they let us store our luggage for free at the end of our trip too since we had a late departure.

The location of this hotel was great, it was about a 5-10minute walk to all the shops and the market, then about a 20minute walk the other direction to the Sagrada Familia - it may sound like a lot but when you are exploring a new city the walk feels like nothing. Great coffee shops and food near by. The hotel room itself was clean, the rooms weren’t super big but we did have a room with a balcony and it felt quite spacious, it was all you needed for a hotel room. The staff were also super friendly! For the price it was worth staying.

Being a solo traveller I enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant. Also the location, the hotel is close to the city centre.
As I was there in the summer, the only food option was the rooftop bar. Perhaps a coffee machine downstairs would be a good option.

I loved the warm welcome on arrival by the front of house staff. The staff were fantastic from beginning to end, and the rooftop pool was such a beautiful sun trap. We were given a suite, and it left my girlfriend speechless with the size of it and the beautiful street view.

The AC was not cooling properly, and the property only provided a fan on our last day, as none were available earlier.

1) the first day we checked in, there was a glass piece on the floor and my son got hurt in his toe. when we called reception to inform them, they literally asked if we were the ones who broke the glass on the floor and also, there was a contact lenses on the floor, and I showed it to the guy and he literally was asking if the contact lenses were mine. seriously???? we literally checked in 10 minutes before contacting reception and he knew that, but he still asked us those weird questions so that we don’t blame the hotel. The rooms were very dusty everyday. 2 staff at the reception (1 lady & 1 guy) were rude and not very helpful. We stayed for seven night and they only provide tissues once, although the box was clearly empty. Same thing with the amenities if you use it once they won’t provide it again. The shower water had so much chlorine. You could literally smell it.
