The staff were very helpful, and we received great suggestions on what to visit during our short stay in Barcelona. The room was spacious and clean.

The breakfast was great. The staff were mostly really helpful. We loved the pool and the fitness centre. Good facilities for the money we paid and the excellent location.
The budget rooms left a little to be desired. The main complaint is that the beds are on wheels. We asked to change rooms because the bed was like a roller skate and quite uncomfortable. But they did upgrade us.

Good location, close to cruise port. Very Clean. Rooftop area was nice, although not private as overlooked by neighbouring apartments. Exceptional staff, so helpful, accommodating and friendly.
Some areas on the street seemed a little sketchy during certain times of the day.

The hotel is located very conveniently next to Poble Sec Tetro station on L3 line. Makes it very easy to move around Barcelona. The staff are particularly helpful and always willing to help. The rooms are fairly comfortable. Maintenance could be a bit better, we had a water leak in the WC which was not repaired in the three days we were there. It did not affect us but the loss of water would make a person concerned about the environment feel akward. The breakfast was fairly large but no change for the three days we were there so it could get boring if one stays long. On the whole a pleasent stay. The swimming pool is more of a dipping pool than a swimming pool and the gym is ok if one does not have high expectations.
As I mentioned the maintenance could be better. One lamp came loose which was repaired immediately but the water leak was not addressed. More variety for breakfast would have been great.

We requested a double bed in a non- smoking room which they gave us, but when we opened the door the room smelt as though someone had been smoking in it for sometime.
However the young lady at the reception apologized and offered us the only room available which was a room with two single beds.
I feel that I should be entitled to a refund.
Your add offered a free taxi from the airport but when I scrolled down and entered my information it requested my credit card and a payment of € 59.00
I don’t think I will using Booking. com again. Last year I travelled with my family of 7 adults for 19 nights staying in 3 rooms each night, at Hotels in Barcelona, Madeira and Paris all were booked and paid by me and I was only given points for my rooms.
