Everything. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. The location made it easy to walk or take the metro everywhere. Staff were also very friendly and courteous.

Great location, lovely staff, room comfortable and clean, breakfast good continental selection, towels at the pool, comfy beds, good shower with plenty of toiletries supplied
The pool bar wasn’t open but it wasn’t a big deal - nothing else not to like, perfect for a city break

The concierge man has been the best. He helped me from the moment he saw me unloading my motorbike, then after to the garage and when I left as well. I cannot say the same about other staff that maybe was a bit too young and provided non satisfactory answers to me. The room was very confy but there was a problem with the keys (it was not working properly and they had to change it 4 times in 2 days). All the rest was ok

The hotel is exceptionally nice and clean. It is located on the main street, close to the bus station and the metro, making it very easy to reach from the airport. The room is spacious and well equipped. The rooftop pool is small, but just enough for some afternoon relaxation. Towels are provided by the hotel at the pool. We were given a better room at no extra charge. The hotel was quiet — there was no noise from neighboring rooms or from the hallway. The staff are very friendly. When we checked out, we didn’t even have to ask to leave our luggage until our flight — they were already prepared to store it in the luggage room.
The only negative is that check-in starts at 3:00 PM — honestly, that’s quite late.

Pool area was quiet. Beds were always available with fresh towels free of charge. The property has a fantastic location with the metro station right outside. There are also lots of bakeries, shops etc close by for anything that you may need during your stay. Hotel staff were excellent!!
The lifts in the hotel are small and very slow. We took the stairs most of the time as it took a long time to wait. But this was no issue for us.
