Everything!! Location put us in walking distance to so much. The hotel was extremely nice and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly.

Rooms were quite spacious; very comfortable! Location was great! Very convenient location that enabled one to take guided tours of the area; as well as to begin guided tours of other areas of Barcelona.
Coffee maker was too complex for first time users. Laundry service was very expensive; best to use nearby laundrymat.

Really good location, the rooms are large, it is clean and unlike other 4 star hotels in Barcelona this one has a building that was a hotel from the beginning so everything is really well organised.
The facilities show signs of heavy usage- the bed was a little squeaky, and the garnishment on the Shower doors fell of-nothing major, but noticeable.

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location: just a short walk from the main pintxos street, Sant Antoni market and the subway to Plaça Catalunya. The staff was friendly and helpful both mornings and evenings. And they spoke good English! The small pool was perfect for a cooling swim every afternoon. This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations.

Everything. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. The location made it easy to walk or take the metro everywhere. Staff were also very friendly and courteous.
