it's a convenient location, metro right around the corner. Lots of coffeeshops and resto's nearby
The aircon set at 16 full blast was barely producing any cool air at all, making the room somewhat warm, even with the mild weather. I have no trouble using the same towels and bedsheets, but if the cups for coffee, tea and bathroom are paper cups, the least I would expect is getting new cups. Paper cups felt very camping like.

EVERYTHING! It was a great hotel with very close access for the cruise port. Safe area during the day, with a couple of dining & bakeries options close by for evening (the front desk clerk told me not to go by myself behind the hotel at night).
Front desk was amazing in locating a 24 hour shop for me when checking out (I forgot Q-tips - Bastoncillos) & gave me directions to a local church. I thought I had left my cash in the safe in my room when I got on board the ship, I called them & they immediately went to the room & checked to tell me, I hadn't (I had packed it under my dirty underwear)
AC worked fine. Room & BR ample for one or two, super clean, plenty of towels & amenities. Bottle Water Fill - up on every floor. Super, comfy bed, TV had local & cable news channels. Mini fridge was clean & nice to have. The view of room was of a apartment building & souvenir shop, but not noisy. You can open the window to air out the room if you like. Pool deck was open & well taken care off, I did not go to the gym, but it looked just like the pics online.
There is a Tapas bar in the hotel that opens in the eveing with light bites, and cold orange flavored water in the lobby sitting area.
This is great hotel for those cruising the next day & solo travelers, especially women, night shift clerks take care of you & tell you where to go eat nearby, safe areas.
This NOT in a touristy area, but Metro, public transportation & taxis are steps from the front entance. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh, hot & plentiful.

the room was very spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. we chose the location because we used to live not far away and know the area very well, we walked everywhere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming!
nothing - perhaps would have been nice to have a smart TV with apps like Netflix but we had our laptop so not a problem!

The location was great. We enjoyed the rooftop pool.
We were returning for a second time. It was nice to be warmly greeted and given an upgrade.
It was a little loud at night. But to be expected in the middle of a bustling city.
