One elevator for all guests of the hotel, aways busy and sometimes not working... poor breakfast, no diversity.

Wonderful
I really enjoyed my time at this property. The overall experience was excellent; the rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff was welcoming. I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay, and everything came together to make it a very pleasant visit.

The mattress on the bed was comfortable. And a part of the personel.
The first registration guy who gave me the wrong room and told me that the reservation didn't have the breakfast included. The mold in the bathroom of the first room. The view from the king's room was an interior courtyard, only wals at a 3-5m distance from the windows. No straight light came in the room. The fact that for a 4-star hotel, you have to order separately slippers and a robe. The breakfast offer was very modest. There is a scale at the hotel, and to use it, you have to pay 1 euro every time you weighted something, and it isn't calibrated correctly.

The staff has good attitude.
The wall rooms need to be painted, the bathtub does not have a door so it is a problem with the water, the pool is too small and the sofas were all dirty.

Artsy hotel located in the Eixample area of Barcelona, about 2 blocks away from Metro Stations. Very friendly staff and nice amenities. The hotel was modern and we thought more geared to youth. Nice and good breakfast!
The elevators seemed a little cramped and airless.

Located a few blocks away from subway station and the main train station Barcelona Sants
The room was warm and smelled weird. Bed was not the most comfortable. The pool is very small.

We stayed there in late June. The weather was so hot. The air-con in the room was not working well. The temperature is central-controlled by the Hotel! In the bathroom I saw an insect on the toilet seat. The towels are all old and not fluffy anymore.

It was clean, relatively spacious room & helpful staff. Nice amenities offered in the bathroom.
The free coffee in the lobby along with lemon- infused water & gummies.
We had issues with outside noise & a next door neighbour playing loud music. Didn’t appreciate the mold around grout in bathtub.
They offer a nice-to-have service of bag weighing, however, with a fee!?!?

Very comfortable bed, bath in the bathroom, friendly staff.
The toilet roll holder was broken and the shower water kept on spraying out of the shower onto the ground! Also the shower cap was open and empty. In general the room just felt a little dated and not that cared for. Coffee in the room would have been nice.
