Very central location and clean and has many facilities at its doorstep. Has gym and sauna, both clean and well kept. Pool is a bit small but the view of the Sagrada is amazing both during the day and at night

I would not change anything honestly. The customer service was amazing, the location was amazing as well. I visit Barcelona often. This is my first time staying at this property. I will definitely return.

The apartment was very clean and very well-maintained. Its location is perfect – within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia and very close to the metro station. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful; they gave us recommendations for local shops and great places to eat. The living room faces the street and can be a bit noisy, but the bedrooms are on the opposite side and were very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!

Communicating with them was very easy and they are very helpful and accommodating.
It was also easy to access the apartment. Instructions were clear. They also provided everything we needed.
Laundry is in a communal area but not inconvenient.
Location is great. Our apartment had a nice view of the Sagrada too!

I liked the apartment setup. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Our departure flight was cancelled due to a blizzard at home and the staff was great about extending our stay and getting us a turnover cleaning. I was so stressed and they were wonderful.
TV in the bedroom would have been nice. The entrance and check in area is very sparse but functional.

The Pillows were a little hard. Possibly buy a set of soft pillows rather than 4 hard pillows.

Reception personnel was very nice. We arrived a little early and couldn't check in upon arrival. Reception helped with our luggage and gave recommendations for where to go. They were very helpful in navigating transportation. View was gorgeous and the apartment was a great size for a family of 4.
WiFi didn't work well so we had a hard time getting into the building and room because it was all done through an app on or phone. We had a difficult time connecting so that process was a little frustrating. The pool was very small and was disappointing to our kids. It looks bigger online.

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and comfortable.
There was not anything we did not like about the property. We were disappointed in the lack of a pool, as it was more of a soaking tub for your feet. That could be clarified on the website but otherwise the apartment itself was perfect.
