The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and comfortable.
There was not anything we did not like about the property. We were disappointed in the lack of a pool, as it was more of a soaking tub for your feet. That could be clarified on the website but otherwise the apartment itself was perfect.

Our room had a view of Sagrado Familia right on our balcony. I couldn’t have asked for more.
The bed was a bit stiff for our liking. We had difficulty figuring out some of the European appliances.

Good size with good facilities, everything you would need for a stay. Location was good for tourists, lots of supermarkets with in 30 second walks, takeaways within 1 minute walk. Loved keyless entry on phones for every group member - wish every hotel did this !
Pool is more of bathtub and for the drinking ‘action’ and beach it was a little far out, we spent a lot of time in taxi’s but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s just where we wanted to be.

This place smelled and did not have the amenities listed. The pictures showed amenities included with all levels of booking but the listing was not clear about what was included with each level. No view of the Sagrada. Very difficult check in process- just a digital key that did not work well.

Reception personnel was very nice. We arrived a little early and couldn't check in upon arrival. Reception helped with our luggage and gave recommendations for where to go. They were very helpful in navigating transportation. View was gorgeous and the apartment was a great size for a family of 4.
WiFi didn't work well so we had a hard time getting into the building and room because it was all done through an app on or phone. We had a difficult time connecting so that process was a little frustrating. The pool was very small and was disappointing to our kids. It looks bigger online.

It was easy to access, there was an on site concierge person, the view of the basilica was amazing and the common areas were vey nice. It had a great patio, full kitchen with a washer and comfortable living room. We had 3 couples and it worked out well for us.
2 of the bedrooms were very small, with little space to put luggage.

Absolutely as described. The 2 bedroom we rented had a view of the Sagrada Familia.
The apartment was clean and perfect for a me and my 2 teenage daughters.
Easy access to subway. Rooftop was great.

The staff were very helpful prior to check-in and during check-in (special mention to Paloma and Tamara). It's great that they sent us a link on our phone to open the doors so it's convenient. Our 4BR had a fantastic view of the Sagrada Familia! Their deck on the 5th floor also has a great view of it.
Not a fault of the property but it can be quite noisy at night when some people chat loudly late at night so best to close the windows. Overall, we had a great stay, and highly recommend this place.

The space, the views, the outside space and rooftop
Space and storage in bedrooms 2 & 3 - hooks for coats/jackets (also in the bathroom) and somewhere for laundry storage.
Eating and visiting recommendations were a bit far away when there were in fact closer decent options.
