The reception staff were kind and helpful, and it is visible that the lobby has been nicely renovated.
Since our last visit, the hotel has undergone a name change, and possibly a change in management as well. Previously, we always felt
recognized and valued as returning guests – there was a welcome note
and a small gesture prepared in the room, which made our stay feel special. This time, however, there was no sign that the hotel acknowledged our loyalty, which was disappointing.
The room itself was very small, which would have been acceptable, but considering the price, it did not offer good value for money compared
to other hotels. The bathroom layout was particularly inconvenient: the toilet is placed very close to the bathtub, making it difficult –
especially for older guests – to step over and use comfortably.

The location of the hotel is very good.
The overall condition was disappointing, with worn-out rooms, old and damaged furniture, and even torn bed sheets. Considering this, the price does not feel justified. The wellness facilities are not included in the price and are quite expensive, so we didn’t use them. We also got stuck in one of the elevators with my little daughter, although it was resolved relatively quickly.

Wonderful
The hotel was beautifully presented, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. Its location in Barcelona was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were courteous, attentive, and contributed to a very pleasant stay.
There was very little to dislike. Perhaps a few minor details could be refined, but overall the experience was extremely positive.

Check-in/out went smoothly. Nice hot shower
Floor and room were very hot inside, despite cool outside temperatures. Air conditioning in room did not work. Opened the room window to try and lower temperatures but still had very poor night's sleep. Did not feel like great value for money.

Very nice hotel
Outdoor Swimming pool was not open even although it was advertised as being open all year round. Not allowed to use indoor pool unless you paid €19 euros each to use the spa for 90 minutes. Bit of a rip off actually
