The staff were very warm and welcoming, starting from reception. There is clear attention to details, quick responses to requests, and a genuine willingness to help. I asked for a quiet room - although the room facing the inner courtyard didn’t have a great view, nothing disturbed our sleep. We spent very little time in the room, so it was an excellent option for us.
Since we had an early flight, we were offered a takeaway breakfast, which was ready at 6 a.m. The hotel genuinely cares about its guests.
The location is exceptionally convenient - just steps from Plaça de Catalunya, with a 5-minute walk to the airport shuttle bus, metro station, and major attractions.

This hotel exceeded all expectations, offering an exceptional blend of comfort, elegance, and outstanding service. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. From the excellent amenities to the prime location, it’s truly a place I would highly recommend and gladly return to.

The location was exceptional. It was a decent and clean hotel but do not expect something luxurious.
The price could be more reasonable for such an average hotel but I guess that the main reason is the very good location.

Hotel room was so cute, bathroom was clean and spacious. Good and new infrastructure. Real tasty breakfast, available until noon which is so great. Special shoutout to the staff that was so understanding and receptive when we had an uncomfortable encounter with a creepy guy that was following us. Manager transferred us into another hotel from the same group, which made us feel secure so thank you about caring for us.

Room was perfect, clean, fresh and bed was so comfortable for our stay! Location was great for access all entire trip whatever you want to, easy to access by bus, train etc. we didn't take breakfast at hotel but would be very nice in next time!

The location is excellent! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and ok size, I do highly recommend for others visiting Barcelona….
The bathroom floor that has no way to stop shower water from flooding the floor outside. So be careful when you shower.

Best Location in Barcelona, welcoming staff, breakfast, design of hotel and room, the size of room, the hotel next to the bus stop to the airport
On the rainy day, there were no umbrellas in the lobby. When we asked for one, they said unfortunately they didn’t have any, which is something hotels should provide
