Room was a good size. Hotel staff very friendly. Location was excellent. We didn’t use any transport except transport to and from
airport. We walked everywhere, 56 miles in three days ! Would highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent location - just steps from Cataluyna square and the airport bus. We could walk everywhere and handy to public transit - Metro stop right at the square

The hotel location is 10 out of 10, and the staff are very helpful and professional. We were checked in before 3:00 PM. Late check-out is available (€15 per hour after 12:00 PM). Overall, the room met our expectations.
However, in our opinion, the room was missing a few things: a bidet spray in the toilet, hooks in the hallway, a way to dry towels, and mosquito screens on the windows.

The location is central and next to metro stops
Cleaning needs a big upgrade operations wise, the pillows are old and the pillow case had “items” from the previous guest inside of the pillow case.
Bathrooms need a major upgrade or refit, shower head was not functioning properly.
Overall feeling of run down and definitely not in the range what you are paying for

Room was nice, big, and smartly finished. Bed was comfortable
Room was quiet, except for a short time when you could hear the construction
This was NOT their fault, but it was St Jordi Day. There were thousands of people nearby. Police stopped traffic for events. If you are there 4/21 and it's near the weekend, getting a taxi is almost impossible

The hotel is beautiful and wonderful, located in a strategic area; you can visit most places on foot. The hotel staff are friendly, and the breakfast is healthy and adequate. I enjoyed my stay.

Clean, centrally located, reception open 24/7, great breakfast.
Nothing except some of the nuts and seeds for breakfast were a bit stale.

The location was great. Metro line 2mins walk. Gothic and rambles within walking distance and a big supermarket nearby. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Highly recommended.
