Wonderful
We were in the 7th floor suite with roof terrace and hot tub, which was absolutely lovely with city views. Lots of fluffy white towels. All clean and modern and great location. Staff helpful and responsive
Some aspects were somewhat style over function. No towel rails and only two hooks in bathroom to hang robes. No glasses provided in the room so had to ask for glasses with our requested ice bucket.
Lighting arrangements weren't the best. No bar or restaurant and breakfast room a bit uninspiring. However there are multiple bars and restaurants all around this very central area and generally having this ( quite expensive ) suite was a special anniversary treat

Convenient location. Close to shopping area and most of the places we wanted to go. Close enough to metro station. There is a mall next to hotel that had a fantastic view in the food hall upstairs. Rooms are clean

Good location especially if catching the bus to airport. Breakfast really good. Room was tidy and clean, quiet at night. Good size shower. Comfortable bed.

Staff was attentive, and flexible to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. Breakfast service on Christmas morning was absolutely delightful. The location is central to metros and attractions. Highly recommend Room Mate group of hotels for consistent service.

It is literally at the heart of Barcelona. Just at the Plaça Cataluna. Hotel architecture and room design was great. Also the staff was friendly. Location and service is everything for a tourist, so I'd give 10/10 points for the hotel.
Understandably, at the city center hotel rooms can be smaller. This was a bit small but with a smart design it was amazingly functional. Also a coffee machine could be a nice add-on to the room.

I liked everything in that hotel and I recommend strongly, from the first steps on that hotel I liked everything. I can't thank you enough for all the staff . They could go out of their way just to help on my request !!! Five stars, all of them !! Definitely, i will stay again if I return to Barcelona !! Breakfast is amazing
There's only one thing I didn't like was to leave back my present from the hotel on Christmas day
