The hotel was very clean and in a safe location, very close to the city center. Primark and MediaMarkt were just next door. The breakfast was delicious, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was very quiet—we didn't hear any noise at all. I was very happy with my stay. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic A/C, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water no matter the time of day, great water pressure and we had a cute balcony. Hotel is also very well located and there’s a taxi stand right outside the door, but trains are also less than 100 feet from the front door. Also great shopping on the square for all of your basic needs.

Everything. The staff is really friendly. Sergiu arranged my taxi for 3am, and it was on time. Great location and loved the free coffee on 1st floor

Room was. comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a really good selection including fruit and salads. Convenient location.
Unable to wash clothes out in sink due to shallow sink and inability to close drain.

The room was very clean and comfortable with lovely pillows.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is down a quiet street just off the placa del catalunya. The aerobus from the airport stops just around the corner and the hotel is in a very central location with easy walking distance to the gothic quarter and main attractions.
It was lovely to come back to the hotel in the afternoon and being able to access the free coffee and sit inside or outside in the pleasant courtyard style area. Would definitely return.
The only thing I didn't like was being able to hear the water running from the room above when showering early in the morning.

We were offered an upgrade for an extra fee, to a very spacious room with a roof terrace and hot tub. There was a good view over the city.
The bathroom was large and had a separate toilet area. The bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent too with a good choice.
The location is excellent for exploring the old part of the city and the Ramblas. There's convenience stores just outside the hotel and a taxi rank.

Location is the best.
Everything was ok. Maybe just the cleaning of the rooms is too late. When we came for a afterwalking restibg time at around 2 pm, the rooms were still not cleaned. We had to wait out until they cleaned. Nothing very important, bit it could be improved.

Staff is friendly and great which I appreciate a lot. Location is at the city center, so we didn't really need any transportation. I like the view, rook was quiet, maybe little small. The breakfest was super good, especially as I like to eat late it was perfect for me to eat around 11.00.
I will come back.

The location of the hotel was excellent beyond expectations. Check-in was smooth and the room was very clean. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. The breakfast was great!! The breakfast staff was so kind and nice that we really had fun. It is highly recommended to have breakfast at the hotel
