The rooms were beautifully designed and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. It was also very close to public transportation and right on the edge of the gothic quarter.

Not as silent proofed as I expected in my room. Neiboring rooms voices and water is heard.

Really nice and comfortable hotel. Room had everything needed. We took the double executive suite which was really comfortable with a king size bed. Breakfast was really good fresh with many options. Location is OK. Except for the high price it is a recommended hotel. Very clean and quiet. I liked the interior design.
It was pricey.

The location is perfect! One minute walk from aerobus stop and subways. Just beside El Corte Ingles. There is a supermarket right opposite the hotel.The staff are friendly and helpful. The security is very good, which is important given that it is on the main street. On the first and last night there were complimentary candies on the bed which is sweet
The cleanness is extremely disappointing!! On the first day of my stay I saw many dark spots in the toilet (I am 100% sure that they were human excrement.) I didnt want to argue with anyone after my tiring flight so I bought cleaning wipes and cleaned them myself which was disgusting and almost ruined my whole stay. On the last day I found there were yellow stain on the towel..the bathroom was also not clean enough.You really need to approve your cleanness.

Location, location, location.couldnt have asked for better location for access to everything. Aerobus/metro/sights/hoho bus/restaurantseverything. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable.
Room was a bit smaller than what we envisioned from booking.com photos. Also window faced out into internal light well so no view at all.
