The location was great. The staff was amazing. They noticed in my passport that i have birthday so they left choclate and a latter on my bad.
The bed was with springs that pop out of the mattres so my wife scratched her knee.
One night we came back to find no hot water in the shower. The staff fixed it only at the next day, gave us a nice note with a choclate.
There was no view.

Very good location next to plaza catalunya, everything was in a walking distance (metro,shops,food,buses,aerobus) and the area was very safe even at night. For the hotel, it was very clean, rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. They also kept our luggage till late at night after we checked out because our flight was at midnight and we could also stay at their terrace till we left for the airport. Breakfast was very tasty and had a variety of foods (both savory and sweets, all types of coffee, juices etc). The hotel as a building was very modern and so were the rooms. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and it’s a value of money, we stayed for 7 days and have no bad things to say! (The pics are from our room, the outdoor and indoor terrace and the breakfast room and food)

The staff were all very helpful with any questions about getting around the city. Also the breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We recommend this hotel for your next visit to Barcelona.

Located near the Plaza Cataluña. Easy access to the metro stations. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. My room was amazing with a balcony view! The staff was amazing!

The hotel is very central to major points of interest, all within a short walking distance. There are also lots of different cuisine options nearby. The heating system worked well, and the room was clean. They offer free hot coffee from noon to 7:00 PM.

The location is exeptional, the beds were super comfortable, clean, and the staff was lovely - from our arrival and the check-in with Munir, who was very helpful, to Roldan who welcomed us every morning at breakfast (great breakfast!) - every staff member we met was friendly, helpful and welcoming

Beautiful luxury hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely incredible! It not only had a wonderful selection to choose from, it was so beautifully set up and decorated for Halloween. We had to leave before breakfast was served and they packed us a really nice meal to take with us! Perfect location.

Breakfast is excellent and the staff is very nice, very clean area. They allowed us to bring our 2 friends who are going back to their country to have breakfast with us. The price is very reasonable.
I stayed for only a short time and had to leave.
