Friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms are modern and clean the location was excellent close to most things and the bus stops and metro are just round the corner including the aero bus stop pl.catalunya.
My only complaint is the cooked breakfast stuff was stone cold not nice at all get that sorted and it would of been a 10 out of 10 having said that there was also plenty of continental to choose from so we didn't starve

Amazing room with fantastic terrace, outdoor spa, huge bathroom with 2 sinks , 2 showers and jacuzzi bath.
Staff were fabulous arranging birthday suprise with cake, cava, treats and edible flowers.
Great location easy for metro to get around all of city.

The hotel is in an ideal location. You can walk around by foot whereever you want. We did not use public transport. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We were looking for a more peaceful side and that's what we got. Sound insulation of woodwork is good. During our 6-day stay, they changed our bed linen twice. There are wonderful people working at the reception desk who will answer your every question or make a suggestion. The breakfast is varied, delicious with fresh pastries every day and fruit, and everything is beautifully arranged. Orange juice is especially good. I would also like to praise the chefs and the staff working in the breakfast room. From 12-18:00 you can drink free coffee in the living room on I floor. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be happy to stay there again in beautiful Barcelona.

Location was great. Easy to access many different Metro lines and areas like El Born, Barri Gotic, Las Ramblas and Eixample.
Hotel had a wonderful breakfast and access to tea and coffee during the day was a wonderful perk.
The bath towels and pillows were so comfy.

Room was a good size. Hotel staff very friendly. Location was excellent. We didn’t use any transport except transport to and from
airport. We walked everywhere, 56 miles in three days ! Would highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel location is 10 out of 10, and the staff are very helpful and professional. We were checked in before 3:00 PM. Late check-out is available (€15 per hour after 12:00 PM). Overall, the room met our expectations.
However, in our opinion, the room was missing a few things: a bidet spray in the toilet, hooks in the hallway, a way to dry towels, and mosquito screens on the windows.
