Located near the Plaza Cataluña. Easy access to the metro stations. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. My room was amazing with a balcony view! The staff was amazing!

The hotel is very central to major points of interest, all within a short walking distance. There are also lots of different cuisine options nearby. The heating system worked well, and the room was clean. They offer free hot coffee from noon to 7:00 PM.

The location is exeptional, the beds were super comfortable, clean, and the staff was lovely - from our arrival and the check-in with Munir, who was very helpful, to Roldan who welcomed us every morning at breakfast (great breakfast!) - every staff member we met was friendly, helpful and welcoming

Beautiful luxury hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely incredible! It not only had a wonderful selection to choose from, it was so beautifully set up and decorated for Halloween. We had to leave before breakfast was served and they packed us a really nice meal to take with us! Perfect location.

Breakfast is excellent and the staff is very nice, very clean area. They allowed us to bring our 2 friends who are going back to their country to have breakfast with us. The price is very reasonable.
I stayed for only a short time and had to leave.

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, feels safe, beautiful breakfast area with good breakfast, we arrived 9 AM and room was ready even though check in wasn’t until 3 PM, excellent helpful staff
Small room, we were out of the room from 8 AM to 2 PM and the room wasn’t cleaned

Hotel was in a good location. Really easy to take cabs/uber to and from the nearby placa Catalunya. Room was clean and no noise issues. Free bottle of water on arrival.

The front desk staff and the breakfast team were exceptional! They were friendly and helpful, especially Anna at the front desk. She is delightful! Also, Luis keeps the breakfast room spotless and well maintained with lots of delicious choices. Love the 7-12 noon hours.
The croissants were too tiny! I need a regular size croissant, please.

What I liked most about this stay was how friendly and pleasant the staff were.
the hotel itself didn’t match what we expected. The front of the building looked very different from the pictures, which was disappointing. There was no breakfast included, and the amenities weren’t particularly enjoyable. The location was convenient and close to many things, but overall, it wasn’t what we thought it would be. We’ll definitely choose a different place next time.

People at front desk and breakfast. Great location.
Several doorways immediately around hotel were with homeless individuals at all hours of the day. No effort seemed to have been given to remove homeless person in doorway adjacent to hotel.
Room felt quite small even though we paid for executive room.
Lobby was a bit dark and uninviting.
