The stuff in the breakfast place was excellent, and the breakfast was good. Especially Juen Diego was on top of stuff. When we asked him for gluten-free bread, he brought us in 10 minutes fresh bread. It was very good.
I think we paid more for the hotel than the way I was thinking my room would be.

Tiny, very dark rooms. Metal tables that hurted my legs twice while moving. Not suitable for elderly people nor cluster phobic ones.

In Lake, how comfortable the room was and that they played music throughout the night in the rooms
I did not like that. They didn’t have a shower mat for the shower since it was very slippery. I suggest they put one in the bathroom.

We loved our stay! The location is excellent, the staff were amazing, and the breakfast was great. A very pleasant surprise was having a Dyson hairdryer and music in the room — such a nice touch.

The amenities are really luxurious. Small spaces but with all the comfort you need for short stays.
There was a nasty smell in the reception and restaurant. I think it’s circumstantial and will be solved. But I would like someone to tell something about the problem.

Everything was ok and according to price for a city like Barcelona. Location is excellent!
I did not like the fact that i booked twin beds and then i was told that the twin beds are not a guarantee, that they will tell me on the day of my arrival if they have availability, which seems incredible. Why do you even have the option to select if it's not a guarantee.
Anyway, i did not get twin beds, which screwed up my sleep for the whole vacation. Also there was a lot of noise from the street.

The location was perfect for our stay, walkable to all the central attractions and shopping in Barcelona. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The rooms are a little small, the executive suite we stayed in was validated by a small 4’x7’ space with a desk and chair.
