We had an unforgettable experience here at Room Mate Gerard. It was my birthday on the 16th of January and the staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a jar of the cutest artisan fig sweets ever! It made me so happy. The breakfast was absolutely superb. Amazing variety of fresh vegetables and fruit, nuts and a wide selection of freshly baked bread. The cured meats and cheese were excellent. Juan was so nice and friendly to us. :)
In terms of cleanliness the staff definitely go the extra mile to leave the rooms spotless.
Everything was amazing to be fair.

First of the staff at the reception was friendly, welcoming and polite. The lady did the complimentary upgrade of my room and give me a room with the balcony to the street.
The room was clean, smell nice, warm and nice music.

Location was good the bed was really comfortable and nice and the room was so clean. Staff were lovely and the amenities were very nice.
Maybe smart tvs / netflix access in the room. next time would prefer a room with a window that would open to the outdoors

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is in a great location with good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was great. We loved the honesty bar too. Comfy beds and great balcony
