First of the staff at the reception was friendly, welcoming and polite. The lady did the complimentary upgrade of my room and give me a room with the balcony to the street.
The room was clean, smell nice, warm and nice music.

Great location.
Someone stole money from our room. The staff at the reception politely advised us to go and report it to the police. However, the police told us that the amount does not exceed the amount needed for the investigation, that it is probably done in an organized manner and that it is even possible that someone from the staff participated in the fraud. After we informed the reception staff about it, they told us that the manager will contact us after he returns from vacation, which we are currently waiting for.

Location was good the bed was really comfortable and nice and the room was so clean. Staff were lovely and the amenities were very nice.
Maybe smart tvs / netflix access in the room. next time would prefer a room with a window that would open to the outdoors

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is in a great location with good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was great. We loved the honesty bar too. Comfy beds and great balcony

We loved our stay! The location is excellent, the staff were amazing, and the breakfast was great. A very pleasant surprise was having a Dyson hairdryer and music in the room — such a nice touch.
