The location is great. The stereo in the bathroom and bedroom is a nice touch, although it only had one channel. They also claim to offer extra amenities upon request (such as Dyson Airwrap and different pillow options and probably something else too), but this was only mentioned on a tiny card that we noticed when we were leaving.
A lot of dust everywhere, especially in the pillows and bathroom. The lighting is a very poor choice, especially in the bathroom and the hallway. Talking about the bathroom, there was a very nasty smell in the shower. We've stayed on the ground floor and it was very noisy. I could hear doors slamming very loudly at least 5 times per minute in the morning, and both the door and the bed were shaking because of it, which I have never experienced at any other 4-star hotel. Also, you could hear very loudly the noises from the room above. The staff were friendly, but they knocked on our door several times on the first morning just to ask if we had taken anything from the minibar, which felt unnecessary. Oh, and they charge for a coffee pod too.
When I booked, I specifically selected a double room and still received a message saying they ‘might not be able’ to honor my request, which is completely unacceptable. If that’s the case, Booking.com should clearly show the exact number of available twin and double rooms instead of misleading guests. Although they eventually gave us a double room, I should have trusted my instincts and canceled the reservation. I deeply regret not canceling and finding a different hotel.
Additionally, Booking.com advertised a free taxi, but once my booking was confirmed, the option mysteriously disappeared (I saw on Reddit multiple people complaining about this too). I raised this issue and only received a response after check-in, very convenient timing. Probably this is gonna be my last booking on this platform.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Sorry for being such a Karen, I would normally just shut up and go on with my life, but the reviews for this property didn't reflect the reality. Hope it helps someone.

Everything was fine, thanks to all the staff, but special thanks to the reception staff.
Regarding coffee capsules, it should just be free, take it as advice, not criticism.

I liked the balcony the most! Rooms with balcony are probably the best choice. :) The most important thing is that everything was clean. Location is phenomenal - near the centre, but not too near - you have your own peace. We were looking for a good neighbourhood - this was definitely it.
Lightning in the room - it lights you from the top in the bathroom. However, not something that affected my satistfaction with the hotel and room.

The amenities are really luxurious. Small spaces but with all the comfort you need for short stays.
