Staff pleasant and helpful, bed comfortable
Dark, pictures don’t represent actual hotel, room very small, no storage great if on stay few days but we were traveling month, had luggage, couldn’t walk down hallway with and feel safe,

The person who checked us in was extremely pleasant and helpful. We wanted to check in early (12) which was possible and we were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with balcony. The location was excellent for walking to all the sites and there were good coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

From check-in to check-out, our stay at the hotel was perfect! Our room was lovely, with robes, slippers, wash cloths and all the amenities we could ask for, for a comfortable, luxurious stay in a perfect location in Barcelona. The bed was comfortable . We also liked the rooftop pool and shaded lounges. Proximity to the bus stations and quick access to the airport was also a plus.

Room was well appointed, very nice size, especially for a European hotel room, staff was friendly, and room was always cleaned well. Roof top pool was nice addition.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was convenient—just about a 20-minute walk to the city center.
Unfortunately, our first welcome from the receptionist, Genis, was quite rude and unfriendly, which negatively affected our mood and overall first impression of the hotel. The other reception staff were very kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, very convenient and close to everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and everything was fresh and well prepared.
A special mention to the staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. The facilities were excellent, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
Overall, a great experience and a hotel I would definitely recommend. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

The location is excellent! The staff are also so helpful as well. Housekeeping was tremendous and made us feel at home. Hard workers.

Great location, walking distance from great restaurants, bars, etc .. Breakfast selection was excellent .. Staff was attentive and friendly.
On the first night of our stay my parents room was set to heat and unfortunately it wasn’t discovered until the next day. On the last night our room a/c wouldn’t stay on, a fan was brought to our room as as the hotel was fully occupied however we have 3 people in our room located in two different places so one fan was challenging to keep us all comfortable.

We loved the modern and comfortable hotel room with our balcony. We especially loved the comfortable and large bed in combination with the blackout curtains. The location in Eixample was great as we were only a few minutes away from the Gothic Quarter while still having the modern amenities and vibe of the modern and swanky side of Barcelona. We especially loved the buffet breakfast, and loved the coffee, potato omelettes, and salad bar. Would highly recommend people have this breakfast at the hotel in case they have like to start their mornings early.
The air conditioning wasn't as powerful as we liked it to be. Despite setting it to 19C and max fan power, we found the room did not get cold enough compared to other hotel rooms that we stayed at. Additionally, the shower temperature control was not consistent and it was occassionally frustrating to have a long shower given that lack of consistent temperature. Additionally, room service times were inconsistent and we occasionally found our rooms not tidied up despite coming back to our room at 2:30-3:00pm after our morning activities.

Very central! Loved the Dyson hairdryer and amenities. Staff were kind and friendly.
We did not have a view of outside, not a dealbreaker but would have been nice to have. Only issue was on our last day we left the “do not disturb” sign on our door and even mentioned to housekeeping that we did not want it cleaned, and when we came back from an outing, the housekeepers were in the room.
