The location was great.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Rooms and the hotel is new and has a clean sleek design.
Very responsive to emails / offline requests.
Very rigid about early check in.
AC in the room didnt work and the room was way too hot.
Breakfast was just ok.

Very modern and cosy hotel with friendly staff that will recommend great restaurants. Very well located with metro / bus / tram stops for you to discover the city in all its glory. The room itself was nice and modern with all needed amenities.
The sound isolation in the rooms could be better. Quite a lot of noise from upstairs / downstairs rooms. If there is a bit of movement from the beds, you can immediately hear it. You can also easily hear the cleaning crew when they are vacuuming the hallway in the morning. On a more personal opinion: I would have loved to have an actual double bed instead of two single beds next to each other.

This property was very well kept. My room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful. It is situated in a good neighbourhood with many restaurants and stores. Most of the main attractions were very close 20-30 minute walk. I had a balcony room which I would highly recommend.
I have nothing to comment here.

There are surprises wonder to me was early check in available to me. The staffs there are very reliable and nicely. I feel very welcomed from them. The hotel is clean and quiet. I definitely recommend.

Location
They gave me the worst room in the hotel, I know because I stayed there before. When I asked them to change the room, they told me to wait for 3 days to change it, and that I have to leave the room at 12 and get into the new room at 3. I never heard of such policies before.
