A wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and located in a very nice area. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
We experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the team handled it professionally. As soon as another room became available the next day, they moved us to a larger and even nicer room, which we greatly appreciated.

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable, the room was very quiet even though it overlooked the main street ( 6th floor). the black out curtains made the room pitch dark which was excellent for sleep. The room was very clean, and it was kept clean during our stay.
There was not enough room to hang clothes, the wardrobes are kind of small and hard to reach. Not enough hooks. The water pressur is OK, but for cold water it was a bit low. But the bathroom was overall OK.

The location was the best I could ask for. ! It was perfect to go all over barcelona and walk to all the key attractions. I got a good room , the temperature was adjusted to my liking , overall cant ask for anything better especially since I was travelling solo. It was safe at all times of the day and lot of places to eat and shop which is always a plus!

The decor is funky and modern. Breakfast was very good.
Our room wasn't ready at the normal check in time. Had to wait 1,5 hours extra . That was a huge inconvenience.
