Room is simply too small.
A/C setting is confusing, for me.
Pool had just closed, and this had not been announced :-( and no gym available instead.

Marianna.and mauro.were great. Both were very helpful. The housekeeper/maid for my room, 409 was exceptional! She was very good...she checked with me every day to make sure all was good!
There was a mixup with my reservation and I didn't get the room I was promised.
Not hotels fault but I think Miguel the taxi driver that picked me up to take me to airport took advantage. The meter said 31 euros. He charged me 45. I had been told to expect 30 euros to airport. I'd like to find out how to ck this price and who to tepirt him to if he cheated me

Fantastic location, literally around the corner from Metro/R train, Casa Batllo, shops and amazing restaurants. The room was also very comfortable, and love the rooftop pool and bar.

Location is ideal. Steps from Passeig de Garcia, tons of restaurants bars and shops all over. Ventral to everything and right on the metro line. The hotel itself is wonderful! Great little rooftop pool and restaurant. The rooms are lovely, decor is modern, bed and pillows are comfy. The staff (especially Pilar) is very friendly and helpful. Soundproofing is great even though we had a balcony and its facing major streets. Overall couldnt be happier with this choice of hotels.
Super nit picky but the only one small comment was that the door to our bathroom didnt fully close. But honestly it was a small hiccup in an otherwise wonderful property.

Very clean, fantastic location, the balcony room was exactly as advertised. They even went out of their way to get us flowers and a hand written note for my new proposal to my girlfriend which took place that day.

The staff were absolutely delightful and lovely. Greeted us with free champagne and water upon arrival, and in general were very helpful throughout our entire stay! The rooftop bar has excellent food and cocktails and is open until midnight.. The area was amazing too. Right around the corner from some incredible Gaudi houses, and the streets in that area feel very rich and fancy. Endless designer shops, restaurants and beautiful massage places nearby. Clean too. Michelin star restaurant down the road. MUCH better than the chaotic gothic quarter. The perfect location!
