Staff was awesome. Furniture is dated, couch uncomfortable. They do not have a smart TV so limited watching with no streaming

Disappointing
The staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. The room was clean and well maintained.
However, I found the room to be overpriced for what was offered. The loft room does not comfortably accommodate four people as advertised. In addition, I would not describe it as having a balcony; it is simply a large window rather than a usable outdoor space with a bad view not to rambla street.
Overall, while the service and cleanliness were very good, the room description was somewhat misleading, and the value for money is far below expectations.

Apartment is located right in the heart of La Rambla across from La Boqueria market. Beautiful apartment Communication is excellent and they are more than accomodating. Highly recommend

Great location on main strip. Very clean and comfortable. Great shower water pressure. Loved having a washer/dryer. Felt safe and it was quiet. The management was very helpful when we arrived later than expected and had an issue with our daughter. We really appreciated their flexibility. It was great being able to store our luggage there after checking out!

Excellent location. Walking distance to many attractions. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Really helpful to allow luggage storage on day of departure. Facilities were excellent and in working condition. Had a helpful instruction booklet. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to all my friends.
Could sometimes hear noise outside from people yelling from sidewalk at 4 am or subway vibration.

Amazing location and the apartment was ready upon our early morning arrival into Barcelona. Everything was clean and pleasant.
The metro rumbles the building every time it passes by. It’s not super annoying but it’s definitely part of the experience.

Great location! Right across from the boqueria market. Walking distance to everything. The kitchen was well equipped, bed comfortable. TV had every channel you could imagine and WiFi was excellent for streaming.
Marianna was lovely and let us occupy the room early, as soon as it was ready. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, right on Rambla, next to Boqueria Market, very friendly hosts at checkin. Very convenient that you can store your bags if you're leaving Barcelona later in the afternoon.
