I understand that this hotel is designed with energy efficiency in mind, but it wasn't very convenient not to have an electrical outlet next to the bed. Most people use their phones as alarm clocks these days, so having a place to charge them overnight is important.
The upstairs loft also had a dirty ashtray, and one of the chairs was ripped at the seams, which made the space feel less well maintained.
Another issue was the air conditioner. It blows directly onto the bed, so the cold air hits your face while you sleep, leaving your skin and nose feeling very dry by morning..
Air conditioner blowing right on your face in bed, and no outlets next to the bed. Also no complementary body lotion.

The hotel staff is amazing. Considerate and very helpful. We were there for an event and event management was exceptional as well. The co-working area was also a nice touch.
In 2026 a room without outlets by the bed is unacceptable. There was also no fridge in the room. And energy efficiency could be improved by not having the rooms set at 20C and having it reset to that low temp every time you left the room. The terrace also didn't have a table and chairs, only one lounger. And the outdoor pool was closed while we were there due to landscaping or so we assumed because there was no signage

Disappointing
A new hotel with a comfortable bed
I asked for rooms to be together and it was the main reason I booked this particular hotel, but they were not together. AC didnt work in one of them, so it was crazy hot. Staff also weren't that nice. Breakfast only opened at 8, so didnt have time to even enjoy it
Also way too many small lights in the room all night.

This is a very nice hotel located by the Hospital General de Catalunya. I have stayed here before treatments and it is a relaxing and comfortable environment to do so. The staff are nothing but kind and professional. :)

Everything in the room was perfect... The Bluetooth inside the room was great, so we could connect to our music gallery. The lighting was also very nice. Everything in the room was clean... The pool outside was so good too.....And outside near the bar was so good and relaxing .. the food was nice
We think the only thing we wanted to be better was the water in the indoor pool (the temperature was so cold, we felt that it needed to be more warm)

Loved the property, the nature surrounding the buildings, the view is incredible as well.
Nice pool area, the rooms were super modern and comfortable as well. Overall, one of the best places I've stayed in, and definitely the best in Catalonia so far!
We asked for a double bed but got two twins. Wasn't a super big deal but it made it a little less comfortable to sleep. Location is a little far if you do not have a car. But it is perfect for a getaway from the city
