Good location, very clean, nice staff, good kitchen/food, amazing pools, rooftop and lounge area.
Upon our arrival our rooms were not ready and had to wait more than normal, the staff did apologise multiple times and gave us complimentary fruit and desserts in our room and wrote us letters. We appreciated their kindness and hospitality how apologetic they were.

Perfect location close to beach and city. Staff was superfriendly and room very clean. We tried delicious cocktails, also ordered room service and enjoyed a perfect burger :)
On top of that it was my birthday during the stay and I received a little treat from the hotel.

Absolutely the Best service from a hotel staff I have experienced in years. Rates as a #1. The morning breakfast buffet is absolutely spectacular. Rooms are very fresh, clean and so comfortable.
There was absolutely nothing in this hotel that stood out to me as a problem. We stayed here three days.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are impeccable and the staff is wonderful. We felt like royalty! They are always there when you walk in the door to help in any and every way. The little details in everything were amazing.
Nothing. One of the nicest if not the nicest hotel I have stayed in as far as the attention to detail and cleanliness. It feels brand new.

Rooms are spacious and their beds are quite comfy, everything was clen and staff was helpful.
Hotel doesn’t have any spa zone, no inside swimming pool, no sauna, this is huge minus when you are travelling during the winter, in hotel like that, that should be absolutely a must.
