Staff was super helpful and very nice.
I didn't appreciate the nightclub on the roof playing loud music in the middle of the night as the walls of our room were thin and we could hear everything. I just couldn't get to sleep until they stopped playing the music. Breakfast was just ok...nothing great.

It’s well preserved . Food is good as well .
The concierge iis not verry helpfull with the guest . I resuested an iphone changer and was not possible. However , i asked some to buy one for me they said that they could not it . Lastly , i asked someone to buy some paraccetamol and they refused . Wondering what for tyeu have a concierge for ?

Good location, very clean, nice staff, good kitchen/food, amazing pools, rooftop and lounge area.
Upon our arrival our rooms were not ready and had to wait more than normal, the staff did apologise multiple times and gave us complimentary fruit and desserts in our room and wrote us letters. We appreciated their kindness and hospitality how apologetic they were.
