The hotel is lovely, the staff are wonderful and very helpful . The room was nice, comfortable and always looked after. The location was perfect for exploring Barcelona. The welcome wine is a great touch. Love the little courtyard in the back.
Everything was perfect, except for the wind that one day, which you have no control over

Location
Part of the staff was awesome (a Belarusian woman) but by the time of the check out the person was not and took advantage of my need to get to the airport giving an interested advice that benefited the hotel at my expense

The staff were really nice, and the hotel offered filtered water.
It was very noisy from the street, and in the morning I also heard some construction noise—or what sounded like someone hanging pictures on the wall, which was very surprising in a hotel. The cooling/heating system was also quite noisy. I also missed having a coffee machine or tea maker in the room, which most hotels at this price point usually provide.

Nice concept - Vinithek and Hotel. I've stayed here before.
Room was cramped, despite photos, no desk or chair, no where to set anything down. Bathroom also no place to open a toiletries bag or set anything down. This room had a great King size bed but really useless. 2 people could not maneuver in this room. Best would be a Queen bed with table/desk. And some surface in the bathroom.

Thank you especially to Alex for the warm greeting and support throughout our stay in Barcelona. Our room was clean and comfortable enough for the 2 nights we spent there. It was our pleasure to explore the city filled with rich history and culture.
It would be nice if breakfast was included in the price since the room didn’t have a coffee machine or refrigerator.

It was located close to the things I wanted to see, and good restaurants nearby. It was also close enough to the metro station to make travel around the city easy.
Nothing.

The property was awesome, excellent experience, from the main entrance to the room. The lobby of the hotel, very decorative and spacious, with lots of tables and chairs, including that complimentary glasses of wine. Overall, the hotel was amazing, very comfortable and great location, near everything. Will definitely recommend and will go back to stay there.

Excellent location and staff. Complimentary glass of wine , relaxing common areas.
The bathroon set up is a bit weird , but I guess the design is meant to maximize use of space

The location was perfect, close to everything. The common areas and the terrace were beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. They also offered us a complimentary glass of wine, which was a very nice touch. Additionally, the check-out time was quite late.
The bathroom was right next to the door and water leaked through the bathtub door. But what I disliked the most was that I wanted a room with a balcony (that was actually the filter I used). The room details listed a balcony as an amenity, but when we arrived, we were given a room with a window that didn’t even have a nice view. I asked at the reception, and they told me that to get a balcony, you need to request it separately in writing. I explained that I had chosen the room specifically for that, but they said it wasn’t mentioned in the reservation and that it had to be requested in writing. If you check on Booking.com and filter by “balcony,” all the rooms appear, which can be confusing.

Perfect location, very nice staff, unique design, 2 glasses of wine for free. Modern room, new and clean.
The room is small, good mostly for couples that need just a place to sleep after a long trip

Comfortable bed, quiet hotel. Room had blackout blinds. Shower products provided. Clean and nice towels. Location is great.
No coffee maker/kettle in room. Only food option was a breakfast served in the lounge for €11. If you want coffee only you must pay €1 to get a pod and make it yourself in the coffeemaker in the lounge. Nowhere to sit in room except on the bed. Staff was not friendly, but bordering on rude. There is absolutely no security at the hotel. Anyone can walk in and go up to the guest rooms. No Maintenance/housekeeping staff available before 9 am or after 3pm.
Small upkeep details: lots of visible scuff marks in baseboards. Water damage around shower door, by the AC/Heat vent, wallpaper coming off the walls.
Management should do a regular walkthrough of the rooms and fix little details like those.

Great value for money and superb location. Felt super safe and comfortable.
No kettle/tea or warm drinks but then again this is a 3* hotel so cannot fault them!

Very attentive, very walkable distance to everything restaurants and activities. They offer wine tastings with pairings in the property.
The hostess/sommelier of the tastings is very knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t eat meat and she accommodated me with additional cheeses , goat and sheep cheese they were delicious. The 5 different wines from the tasting were from different regions Spain.
Loved my experience, there!

Wonderful
Good location, lobby and terrace/ back room was nice to enjoy and hang out, they had a water filter station to use, coffee and wine available, clean and nicely kept up. Most the staff was very nice. Lost my purse and one of the staff members found it and kept it safely locked in back room - manager helped me look at cameras to locate it.
No refrigerator, no ice and room was a little small but still was nice. Had to repeat beg for a staff member to help me find a misplaced item. (once manager was called, we looked at cameras and found my lost item almost immediately THANK YOU)
