The bakery on the ground floor is excellent, offering tasty sandwiches, fresh croissants, and delicious coffee at decent prices. The bakery staff are especially friendly, making every stop there both in the morning and when returning to the hotel in the evening, even more enjoyable.
The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, situated right by La Pedrera (Casa Milà) and within walking distance of Casa Batlló, Sagrada Família, and many other attractions. It is also very easy to reach by metro, making it convenient to explore the city if you prefer not to walk.
The room is ideal for a good night’s sleep: quiet, dark, and equipped with a very comfortable bed. The parquet flooring is a big plus for guests with allergies, and the spacious waterfall shower adds extra comfort. As a bonus, you can wake up each morning to the wonderful smell of freshly baked bread coming from downstairs.
I would definitely book it again on my next visit to Barcelona.
The hotel breakfast offers a rather limited selection and does not really justify the price. Fortunately, this is not a problem at all because the bakery downstairs offers plenty of delicious options at better prices and is actually a more enjoyable breakfast alternative, even though items like eggs, fresh fruit, and bacon are not available there.
The lavatory and bathroom could also be more practical, as there is no shelf or counter space to place toiletries. Additionally, the toilet does not have a bidet or handheld douche.
The room size is small, as shown in the photos, and is adequate for guests traveling with small luggage; I imagine it may be challenging to manage larger or multiple suitcases. However, the layout is well designed and makes good use of the available space.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Praktik Bakery. The location is excellent—very central and within easy walking distance to many places in the city.
The room was quite spacious, very clean, and had plenty of storage space for my belongings, which made the stay even more comfortable. I also enjoyed the view overlooking the street, which added a nice touch to the room.
The bakery at the entrance was one of the highlights of the hotel. Being welcomed by the smell of fresh bread and pastries every morning was truly delightful.
Overall, it was a warm, comfortable, and well-located hotel experience. I would definitely choose it again on my next visit to Barcelona.
The rooms are not very soundproof, and I could hear footsteps, toilet flushing, and even snoring from neighboring rooms.

A basic but clean and comfortable option. Located an easy walk to various sights (including La Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, and the historic district). Lots of restaurants nearby. And, what could be nicer than a bakery operating right downstairs?

Checked in for our first stop in our honeymoon and the reviews were right! Just when you came out from the room you can smell the amazing bakeshop! The location was also awesome as we had no problems in shopping and doing sigh seeing as it is near Passieg De Gracia! The rooms were also clean and spacious with our needs! But all in all we love the location, design of the room, and space!

This hotel is in a great location and it’s a treat to wake up and have a terrific bakery downstairs. The room itself was rather small and the set up is odd to have to pass through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great. For this price, you would expect more common amenities (lounge, gym, pool, etc) but this hotel has none of those things. There is a “lounge” on the 1st floor but it is dark and has none windows.

Location was great, rooms were clean, and the bakery can’t be beat. It was amazing just going downstairs for an amazing breakfast in the morning before starting the day.
Rooms were a bit smaller than I thought but it still had a great layout, comfortable, smart design, and made the most of the space.

The property is located very close to the hop on hop off buss stop and is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fact that the bottom floor is an awesome bakery and coffee shop is great!

The room was a good size, my wife and I are 5' 5" and 5' 7" so we found it properly sized for our needs.
We loved going downstairs and starting our days with fresh pastries, breads, entrepa, and coffee.
The location for the hotel was fantastic, walking distance to all parts of Barna.
We loved taking the elevator to the main floor every morning and feeling the energy and life that exist on the other side before the doors to the main floor open.
We would absolutely stay here again when we go back next year 2026.
I can't really find a fault with this property. We had such a great stay in this hotel.
