Perfect location, great customer service, comfy beds and the natural light inside was amazing.
The only thing that was wrong when we arrived is the sliding door to the master bathroom kept on getting caught on the trim panel. It was already popping off a little when we got there. We just found a sweet spot where we can push the trim out and slide door so it won’t snag or break.

This property is located in the most perfect area. You have access to so many different parts of the city. Taxis are readily available in case you wish to venture out further. The flat itself was lovely; the layout was modern, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
We arrived during quite a bad rain storm and were directed to the wrong location which was not ideal after a long flight and walking around looking for the flat. Upon calling the property, the relevant information was provided and we had to then go to another location. Apart from that, the rest of the stay was nice.

We had an excellent stay at BCN Town Homes in Barcelona and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — perfect for our family with kids. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay comfortable from day one.
The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, yet still quiet enough to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped.
What truly stood out was the hospitality. Communication was smooth, check-in was easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or any questions we had.
We felt safe, welcomed, and completely at home. If you’re looking for a reliable, family-friendly place to stay in Barcelona, BCN Town Homes is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

Location was outstanding being in the Gothic Quarter's pedestrian shopping zone. The views and terrace were spectacular. The location right in the Gothic Quarter with 4 ice cream shops within 50 yds of the front doorwas outstanding.

Amazing. Spacious, modern, stylish, clean. Very meticulously prepared. 3 min walk from La Rambla, 1 min from the Cathedral, 7 min from Placa de Catalunya. Very quiet because both bedrooms are facing the courtyard.
Only a small detail - one dishwasher pod for 4 people for 3 nights is not enough.

Location, comforting, spacious.
It’s extremely complicated and difficult to check in. Getting confirmation from booking.com means nothing for this property, instead you have to paid TWICE through a link the property provides and do a lot of work filling forms and even upload your passport photos before you can really check in. We ignore the steps after getting confirmation number from booking.com, and our first booking was cancelled and when we tried to book again the last day we want wasn’t available. When we finally in front of the apartment we find we never get the second payment link and the form, then we call the staff and he resend the email with everything twice and we have to do the redundancy under the sun of Barcelona noon for more than one hour. The process is totally disastrous and frustrating.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect—close to shops, landmarks, restaurants, and lively walking streets. The apartment is in a beautiful old historic building that’s in great condition, with a gorgeous marble staircase. It’s on the sixth floor, but very conveniently there is an elevator.
Inside, the apartment has everything you need: a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, large absorbent towels, and thoughtful extras like soap, shampoo, paper products, washer detergent, and trash bags. The outdoor terrace was a fantastic place to relax after a day of exploring.
We were also grateful that the apartment was ready before check-in, so we could settle in early at no extra charge. Communication was excellent, with all our emails answered promptly.
Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing quality of apartments, furnishings, and location!! Absolutely thrilling. Each detail of need of client in each room was met with full gusto. This is an apartment which will bring us great memories for a long time to come.
Requested 2 hour early check-in, subject to apartment availability. When we got there, the code was not switched to 2 hour early request even though apartment happened to be available for our entry. We had to call on WhatsApp and then it was all fine, but it took us an hour to figure it out in the heat and crowd, waiting with our luggage and children on the street.

The location of the apartment was great - right in the center of the Gothic Quarter and easy to walk to lots of great sites, restaurants, pubs, shopping. But at the same time, not in a loud or crazy area so we could sleep well at night. Two metro stations within 7-8 minute walk. The apartment was a great size for our family of 4, two bedrooms + two bathrooms, we had plenty of space. The air conditioning system worked great, we could keep the place at a comfortable temperature.
WiFi didn't work during our stay due to a phone company issue. The drying function of the washer/dryer didn't work great. The freezer needed to be cleaned, which was odd because the rest of the apartment was perfectly clean.

This Barcelona apartment was awesome! An ideal location to explore the Gothic district, and central to everything including the Sagrada, the port and more. The apartment is in a historic building and we loved the old stone wall next to modern amenities. Very well appointed and comfortable- loved being able to unpack, run laundry and sit by the bay window to read and drink coffee.
We seemed to hear the Washing machines from other apartments all the time, which became sort of white noise, but it made us laugh in wonder at how clean people’s clothes must be!

Perfect location! They were super responsive (we were locked out during the country-wide power outage and they showed up with keys for us within the hour, and offered an additional night if our train out the next day was cancelled). Very quiet at night even though it was in the tourist area. We would definitely stay there again. Beds were comfy.
Only 1 laundry pod was provided. If we’d been able to do laundry (unable bc countrywide power outage) it would have been several loads and we’d need to find a store that sold detergent.
