The two Reception staff I spoke to were very helpful with navigating down town Barcelona and concierge type work. Very friendly and spoke perfect English.

Very good location. Walking distance to some of the places of attractions and very close to many nice restaurants.
Breakfast buffet is average. There are some renovation work still going on just outside of our room.

Location was perfect, not too busy but close to the important locations.
THe hotel needs some renovation (door in the bathrom couldn't close) but in general it was a really pleasant stay.

It is very well located and the rooms are very comfortable. Staff is personal and really nice.
The check in process is very very slow/ difficult. Of course they offered to do it online what you should do. If you do at the reception it will take forever and the poor staff needs to deal with a lot of frustration from guests. Any other hotel in town have a easier system so it must be a way of getting this step better for staff and guests.
