We booked room with breakfast, unfortunately due to quality of foods we only eat once in hotel, products were not high quality for breakfast, rooms are dark and not comfortable.

We got moved to a sister hôtel at last minute due to supposedly AC issues in this hotel (though it seems like the hotel was till open just not for us)
The hotel we got moved to was further out (we had picked museum for the location) and the rooms felt like a downgrade The hotel was so loud we could not sleep.

Location was fantastic.
The room was uncomfortably hot, and although the hotel was advertised as 4-star, it felt more like a 2-star experience. The design was awkward, the furnishings were worn and poorly maintained, and the air conditioning didn’t work, which made our stay quite unpleasant.

Location: the location is very good, 10 minutes walking distance to Casa Batllo. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.
Staff: the staffs at the reception desk are very helpful, recommended us very nice restaurants and helped us with reservations as well. Thanks for Leticia, Leo and Jesus.
The kettle is in the lobby, better to have it in the room.
