Location: the location is very good, 10 minutes walking distance to Casa Batllo. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.
Staff: the staffs at the reception desk are very helpful, recommended us very nice restaurants and helped us with reservations as well. Thanks for Leticia, Leo and Jesus.
The kettle is in the lobby, better to have it in the room.

The receptionist was so rude to me especially when I asked her to help me with a place to change for my work meeting and because I was early and when checking out she was shouting at me about the tourist tax!

We appreciate all the staff and Jesus, Angel, and Lucas were outstanding in customer care. The breakfast was the best.

This was a lovely hotel near the Rambla in Barcelona. It had a great reception area with nice seating area, water station and some fantastic old books to read. The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was very comfortable

The location is marvellous, very central point. We enjoyed our room which had a great view and it was very clean. Nice decoration as well. Special thanks to Natalia our receptionist, who was so kind and open hearted and made our stay memorable by also giving us swift and efficient solution to our check-in issues.
