Very comfortable and stylish room. I booked a small room but it was very big and spacious. A hand written note welcoming me was a lovely personal touch. Staff at reception went out their way to help with everything.

The two Reception staff I spoke to were very helpful with navigating down town Barcelona and concierge type work. Very friendly and spoke perfect English.

Very good location. Walking distance to some of the places of attractions and very close to many nice restaurants.
Breakfast buffet is average. There are some renovation work still going on just outside of our room.

Location was perfect, not too busy but close to the important locations.
THe hotel needs some renovation (door in the bathrom couldn't close) but in general it was a really pleasant stay.
