Out the back was like a hidden oasis in the middle of the old town. Great place to relax and have a drink. Excellent breakfast. We are returning again in a few days at the end of our trip because we loved this place so much.
The price was quite steep but that could be Barcelona prices

Breakfast was delicious. The front desk crew were very attending abd helpful. The restaurant has a great menu and is very convenient although the location is very close to many eating options.
I would rate it with 10 except for the air conditioner that was switched to heater the last day and we had to sleep with open windows hearing all noices from street. I knwo this is a common practice during winter in Europe but the weather wasn't that cold adn we were sweating even with everything opened

The property was absolutely beautiful. The property was situated in the centre of the gothic area and extremely quiet at night.

On a trip with friends to watch the football so our time in the hotel was limited. What we did find was very professional and helpful staff, a great breakfast and a very comfortable room with a great location.
It was a tremendous stay and only have one small suggestion, a quicker toaster in the breakfast room.

Hotel receptionist Anna was very welcoming & assisted in allowing access to the room early, the Columbian lady in the garden courtyard bar was also a credit to the establishment, providing olive & crisps to go with our drinks whilest waiting for the our room. The courtyard garden bar is a relaxing place to chill out.
the shower doors allowed water to flood out on to the bathrooms floors.

Our room 3302 was very noisy at night had problem sleeping because of people talking outside building and things moving around outside. Maybe need noise proof glass
