Cleaning of the Room was Perfect and timely. The reception personel is kind and fast. Breakfast is very good.
The waitress at the cafe bar at hotel in the evening was not polite, for example overreacted when we showed the discount coupen given by hotel

It was a very short walk from Boqueria Market which we wanted to visit. The staff on reception were very helpful especially Santa.
Rooms quite basic for the price, although they were very clean. They seemed to be short staffed in the outside bar as dishes were left uncleared on the tables with leftover food.

Very good location, right at La Rambla with short distances to all the sights in the Gothic Quarter. Metro close by. The room was nice, enough space for one person.
The rooms weren't soundproof; you could hear people coming back throughout the night, especially when they were talking with each other. Also, I've seen a cockroach near the elevator. Still not sure how I feel about that...

Excellent stay! The breakfast was wonderfully fresh and varied, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The central location gives you instant access to all the shops and streets nearby.
The hotel and the room themselves are quite outdated. Another thing is driving or getting a taxi here can be challenging due to heavy traffic and narrow streets in the area during peak hours. Taxicabs sometimes struggled or refused to get close.

Friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, great location. Comfortable beds. Very clean.
Quite noisy from outside when you’re trying to sleep, ask for a room on the quiet side if there is one.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the garden was such a bonus. It was a perfect location for seeing round the city and for restaurants.
Just small things - the bathroom door gave a large chunk when closing it, the hand shower needed descaling as the water spirted in all directions and the shower screen leaked some water on to the floor. Minor details as everything else was fine.

It is in great location. Mist of staffs were helpful, particularly Paula at reception was nice and polite.
My room was dark and basic but it was fine as I was spending most of my time outside. There were only paper cups in the room. There was no tissue except in the toilet. Minibar was not working. Drinks inside the mini bar warm. There was a guy at the reception which was not polite and in reply to me saying good morning he said yes and when I repeat it he repeated with yes.
