Everything exceeded our expectations and was even better than in the pictures. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. We arrived in the morning, and they kindly prepared our room by noon, even though check-in is at 3 PM, which we really appreciated. The location couldn’t be better.

Location was excellent close to old quarter which was good because u could go there and then come back to a quieter area.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the staff at breakfast. Room was comfortable and quiet. Location is very good.
Room cleaning at the weekend was late in the afternoon, which was a little inconvenient as we wanted to rest before the evening.

Loved the location, breakfast was great, also loved the cocktails and sun terrace. Beautifully decorated , staff were so friendly and helpful. Triple room was perfect for our family.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the aesthetics of the hotel and room were lovely. Good location too. The room and bathroom were a great size and toiletries in the room smelt lovely!
We booked a room for 4 and the top bunk was very difficult to use as it was a drop down bed from the wall and so the ladder couldn't be moved as it was holding bed in place and the barrier they placed to stop you from falling out essentially meant you couldn't climb in! So we actually didn't use it while we were there.
Also the outside terrace and pool was being renovated so we couldn't use them which was a shame, although think it would have been too cold for the pool to be fair!
