It’s centrally located to go anywhere by bus, metro. Walkable distance from The Rambla, Gothic Quarter, Hop on Hop off bus station. The hotel is surrounded by shopping, market and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was amazing. Homemade style food can be ordered from 3 pm to 10 pm which was very convenient and food quality was amazing. Particularly pizza and tapas were excellent The breakfast was excellent mix of hot and cold varieties. Fruits, cheese, cold cuts, breads and pastries were plenty. Room was oversized, very big. Bathroom and shower was big and very clean. Overall very happy with our stay.
Fancy restaurant close by.

Very well appointed, great location!
Staff were not helpful and seemed to struggle to answer basic questions. Breakfast is good and has a wide assortment but to go containers for coffee and small snack if you have to catch an early tour are not readily available.

We had a room which accommodated a couple and one other person. Our daughter stayed with us for two of the four nights we were there.
The location was excellent for walking to many attractions or taking a taxi to further locations.
The breakfast provided was excellent, with plenty of choices

We absolutely loved this intimate hotel in the Heart of Barcelona. Ideal for travelers that want to be centrally located and within walking distance to everything in Barcelona. The rooms were spacious, stylish, well organised and equipped with all possible amenities a leisure or business traveler might need during both short and long stays. Huge commends to the staff, everyone was very pleasant and welcoming, and special commends to the barista at the coffee shop.
Not exactly something bad, but I believe there is room for improvement on 2 topics.
Topic 1: Water in the minibar was not restocked daily, under the explanation from the reception that only the water on Day 1 is complimentary and it is billable after that. I think a single water bottle per day when charging 250 EUR/night is always a nice touch in hotels.
Topic 2: Breakfast was lovely, decent variety, and the choices are what I would say, a little bit of everything. Howeveer the quality of the food should be improved, as I cannot say that I found the food tasteful and delicious. Edible certainly, but not finger-licking good.

Great location, good
Staff but the facility itself was not great. The room was really hot Even though the heat was turned off and we had no recourse except to Open windows. We had issue with bathroom sink and toilet as well which was resolved. The room was clean and fairly spacious considering the central location

The hotel is conveniently located, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful.
Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, which made our stay very comfortable.
The breakfast was especially amazing—far beyond our expectations. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was delicious.

Great, the property was well maintained.
When we first arrived after a long flight, one of the staff was very initiative to take my luggage and brought us to the reception, and after we checked in, he brought us to our room, and I already told my boyfriend (in a low voice) to prepare the tips because he had the euros with him at that moment and I was having a friendly conversation with that staff. However, after he brought us in the room, he asked us for tips; but he was mumbling so I didn’t know what he just asked me so I said “pardon me”, and then he asked for the tips again and he said we do this in Spain too. Ummm, we’re from United States, so we do tips over there too and we were planning to give him a tip, but the way he asked didn’t made us feel uncomfortable. My boyfriend was getting the euros out at that moment, and the staff even continued saying if you need change or break into smaller bills, we can do that for you too. I don’t know why he needs to say that, we haven’t gotten the cash out at that moment, so it’s not like we hesitated and trying to give him a smaller bill. He just made all the friendly conversations we had before not friendly anymore. It was with intentions.
Other than this staff, the hotel was fine.

Excellent location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The lighting in the room was especially nice. Not only was it warm, modern and attractive, but it was very useful and practical.
