Great service from all staff. Front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff were all excellent. Double room was larger than I expected. Location is very central to all attractions. Easy to walk to restaurants.
Breakfast was the same every day which in a five day stay got monotonous.

This hotel has a great location, good breakfast, friendly staff, and excellent service.
Sound levels were a bit high; our room was near the street, and the car sounds were annoying. The windows need to be soundproof.

Very nice hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is beautiful with a nice shower pressure. Breakfast is very nice touch and food is tasty and plenty of variety. I would definitely return again. We visited in November, so pool was not something we were looking for. It does have a small pool in the terrace. If you are after pool holiday, when i would not consider this hotel due to the size of the pool and terrace. This was not the minus for us, as i said, this is not that we were after. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

Toilet is directly located next to sink Damp spots in bathroom Breakfast was mediocre for a 4 star hotel. No croissants, bacon was not well baked.

The hotel was in the perfect location, the staff were all lovely, food and cocktails excellent. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and wifi reliable!
Our room was one that looked inward on a small courtyard, so wasn’t the nicest of views but equally didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves as we didn’t spend vast amounts of time in the room being a city break.

The staff was extremely helpful with everyday needs to extension cords to tour information. They ordered transportation for us as well. The breakfasts were presented excellently with all the fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy and baked goods. Delicious! The location of ICON BCN is perfect.
