The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay. The location is outstanding, and the hotel itself has real character, starting with the gorgeous lobby. The restaurant was very good, and our kids absolutely loved the old vintage elevator, a charming detail you don't find in modern hotels. Highly recommend.
The room didn't live up to expectations. It was smaller than anticipated, the wallpaper was peeling in places, and the walls and furniture showed noticeable wear and tear. Overall the room wasn't as well maintained as the reviews suggested. The pool is also more of a water feature than an actual pool.

The breakfast was good. Comfortable beds, good aircon and location. Parts of the hotel were really stylish.
The staff not helpful and not interested in guests experiences or issues. Bad smells everywhere. One of the rooms we had smelt so awful and the smell did not go away. Many things were worn out the floor had big gaps in it and peeling wallpaper, stained carpets in communal areas not very clean. Pool was a paddling pool. Food very average. No efforts to keep things clean and tidy.

We were amazed with the Dutch trainees. They were absolutely amazing with us. Room was big and clean.
We felt staff was a bit disorganized at breakfast. Although restaurant was always very empty. However, very friendly.
