I appreciated several things during my stay. The room was ready earlier than expected, which was a big plus. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the location is excellent, close to everything.
However, there were also some downsides. I wanted to make tea but the cup in the room was dirty. The breakfast is not very high quality, and often there are no tables available because it gets overcrowded. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable. The biggest disappointment was finding an expired cola in the minibar.

We had a room which accommodated a couple and one other person. Our daughter stayed with us for two of the four nights we were there.
The location was excellent for walking to many attractions or taking a taxi to further locations.
The breakfast provided was excellent, with plenty of choices

We absolutely loved this intimate hotel in the Heart of Barcelona. Ideal for travelers that want to be centrally located and within walking distance to everything in Barcelona. The rooms were spacious, stylish, well organised and equipped with all possible amenities a leisure or business traveler might need during both short and long stays. Huge commends to the staff, everyone was very pleasant and welcoming, and special commends to the barista at the coffee shop.
Not exactly something bad, but I believe there is room for improvement on 2 topics.
Topic 1: Water in the minibar was not restocked daily, under the explanation from the reception that only the water on Day 1 is complimentary and it is billable after that. I think a single water bottle per day when charging 250 EUR/night is always a nice touch in hotels.
Topic 2: Breakfast was lovely, decent variety, and the choices are what I would say, a little bit of everything. Howeveer the quality of the food should be improved, as I cannot say that I found the food tasteful and delicious. Edible certainly, but not finger-licking good.

Great location, good
Staff but the facility itself was not great. The room was really hot Even though the heat was turned off and we had no recourse except to Open windows. We had issue with bathroom sink and toilet as well which was resolved. The room was clean and fairly spacious considering the central location

The hotel is conveniently located, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful.
Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, which made our stay very comfortable.
The breakfast was especially amazing—far beyond our expectations. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was delicious.
