Location, staff and cleanness
Property requires renovation. Also they have terrible WiFi quality, it is ok in the lobby but in the room I barely could use it, it was constantly disconnecting

Everything. The hotel got the best location, very centralized, having a supermarket and bakery next to it. For a new tourist to spain. Its absolutely stunning. Hotel is very clean, beds, pillows everythibg was causy and comfy... ive luved the hotel. Breakfast ladies were absolutely professional and frienfly. Special thanks to Chaima who was always smiling anf very attentive and to Mandeep who were friendly and helpfull as well. This is very recommended

Good location
This has to be the LOUDEST hotel I've ever stayed at. The doors to every room SLAM. There's 4 floors of 20 rooms and I guarantee you will hear every single one SLAM shut between 8am and 9am. Just in time for the maids to vacuum outside your room. The rooms are tiny, the beds small, and if you're taller than 5'6 the sheets won't cover your toes. At least it has hot water unlike the last place we stayed in Spain?

This hotel was the best one we stayed at during our trip to Spain! The hotel is gorgeous and historic, it's very central in the city and walkable, and the staff were the nicest people! Highly recommend.

Centrally located and very, very nice staff. Restaurant had great food and service. Room was very clean.
Not really anything. It was a bit hard to find but the nice staff member came out to the street the get us.

Great location, close to metro and walking distance to El Born and the gothic centre. Lovely character property. Good breakfast selection.
Unfortunately the staff were not very friendly. Very little information was given to me about the hotel on check in which meant I had no idea where to find the breakfast area on my first morning and only discovered the pool deck and bar on my last day.

Location was ok I suppose!!!
I have been at your hotel now for a few days and the service is terrible. At around 15:15 today I again sat in your lounge and was there for 25+ minute and was not attended to for a drink your lady on duty seemed more interested in cleaning glasses at the bar or talking to Another members of staff. I complained to your reception about an identical situation yesterday but it appears you seem to ignore complaints!!! Also the toilet leaked in the room and smelt of urine the shower was not clean. I am currently in conversation with the manager of the hotel.
