The staff was extremely helpful with everyday needs to extension cords to tour information. They ordered transportation for us as well.
The breakfasts were presented excellently with all the fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy and baked goods. Delicious! The location of ICON BCN is perfect.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable room, spacious bathroom (not typical for Europe!), excellent & stylish breakfast restaurant in the lower floor + open air area. Very friendly staff from check-in to luggage room pick up. Excellent choice for Barcelona.

We had an exceptional experience at the ICON bcn hotel. The room was very spacious, spotless and the bed very comfortable. We took advantage of the swimming pool after a long day walking in Barcelona. The staff is wonderful, a special mention to Celia who was professional, attentive and very informative. Highly reccomanded to all. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!
