Location was great! Very clean and spacious. Loved having a king bed and the twin beds room felt like they had a bit of separation for the kids with the layout. Nice sized shower with good pressure. . Everything we needed in kitchen for our weeklong stay, and it was a bonus to have a cleaning during our stay

Nice location, big size apartment, easy access to everything
Washing machine didn’t include dryer however the instructions didn’t say that. Also the bathroom heater doesn’t show the operating markings so it’s a little difficult to operate, however youtube helped.

The apartment was modern, clean, and very well designed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the free, spacious luggage lockers available before check-in and after check-out — that made our travel days much easier.
Our unit did not face the street, so it was quiet despite the central location. Support via WhatsApp was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
The walls seem somewhat thin, as we were occasionally able to hear conversations from a neighboring unit. However, it was not a major issue and did not significantly impact our stay.
Overall, a modern and well-managed apartment in a great location.

First of all the elevators were not working when we arrived and had to carry up the luggage. and the elevators were broken for 4 days !! the apartment was not clean at all.

Easy to access everywhere
Only bad thing was that the water temperature was hard to regulate and it was in a few sec boiling hot ( CAUTION!), especially if you are staying withil kids!!

Great Barcelona apartment. Lots of space for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 children), clean, new look, large kitchen. Safe surroundings, easy to find location, close to public transport, nice view from balcony, easy check in from the app.

The apartment was well-equipped, comfortable and everything was operational. Necessities provided and in a great location for public transportation and sites of interest. The friendly hosts were very good at communicating and responded quickly.
We could have used more toilet paper and paper towels for the length of our stay. We also could have used a few more laundry tabs. It was our first time visiting Spain, or Europe for that matter, and we had difficulty understanding the air conditioner. It appeared on, but wasn’t. But the host responded quickly and all was well!

Great location, spacious, well equipped flat. Communication with hosting company was clear and prompt.
A few coffee mugs would be a great addition to the apartment. Bathroom feels damp as there is no ventilation.

The apartment is situated well, near several metro stops, at the heart of a very prestigious neighbourhood in Barcelona.
Good facilities nearby, like a nail salon, supermarket, butchery. Of course LOTS of restaurant options nearby, including el NACIONAL.
The apartment itself was well equipped for our stay, and a comfortable size for 2 adults. It doesn’t get very noisy in this part of Barcelona, so the sleep was always peaceful.
Check in was smooth as it was all done in advance online, and all I had to do to enter was punch in a code or use a link.
Honestly, I cannot fault the apartment at all. I loved it, I loved my stay there. It’s definitely on my list of places to stay at when I return to Barcelona next.

Location
Check in hassle, I did not know about the self check in prior to arrival, so I was not able to get into the building on arrival, it took about 15 minutes on the street to complete the check in process and obtain the access code!
