Great, central location. Quiet - no street noise. Easy to access apartment and nice to be able to leave luggage in lockers on our last day. Host was responsive.
Sofa in the living room was small and uncomfortable - would be more comfortable with a better sofa and more art on the walls, and streaming services like Netflix, Hulu were not available. Air conditioner was a bit difficult to control and get to comfortable temperature. Beds in the second bedroom were very small - would work better for small children

The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the metro and Renfe station. Very close to places of interest and restaurants and bars. We stayed on the 4th floor and our one bedroom apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We used the washing machine and dried our clothes on the drying rack provided on the balcony. Coffee, tea and a welcome box full of dishwasher and washing machine pods, dish soap and other small cleaning supplies was available. Well equipped kitchen if you choose to stay in to eat. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There is a luggage room with lockers to leave your luggage if you arrive early which was super convenient.
As was written in other reviews, the water temperature is finicky in the shower. Either too hot or too tepid, you must use finesse when controlling the temp, but certainly not a deal breaker. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Location is great, walking distance to major attractions, easy to access, quiet despite being in busy neighbourhood. Everything was functioning. Lockers were very useful on the check out day. Did not need a contact thanks to website access.
Bathroom was shared as was located in the main bedroom. Drying rack was functioning but rusty. Living room did not have windows, was a bit dark during the day. Some repair/maintenance marks seemed low quality in kitchen. Some corners and sofa had dust and some minor leftovers. Code provided for the door of flat was not working, but links worked just fine instead.

Location was great! Very clean and spacious. Loved having a king bed and the twin beds room felt like they had a bit of separation for the kids with the layout. Nice sized shower with good pressure. . Everything we needed in kitchen for our weeklong stay, and it was a bonus to have a cleaning during our stay

Washing machine didn’t include dryer however the instructions didn’t say that. Also the bathroom heater doesn’t show the operating markings so it’s a little difficult to operate, however youtube helped.

The apartment was modern, clean, and very well designed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the free, spacious luggage lockers available before check-in and after check-out — that made our travel days much easier.
Our unit did not face the street, so it was quiet despite the central location. Support via WhatsApp was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
The walls seem somewhat thin, as we were occasionally able to hear conversations from a neighboring unit. However, it was not a major issue and did not significantly impact our stay.
Overall, a modern and well-managed apartment in a great location.

First of all the elevators were not working when we arrived and had to carry up the luggage. and the elevators were broken for 4 days !! the apartment was not clean at all.

Easy to access everywhere
Only bad thing was that the water temperature was hard to regulate and it was in a few sec boiling hot ( CAUTION!), especially if you are staying withil kids!!

Great Barcelona apartment. Lots of space for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 children), clean, new look, large kitchen. Safe surroundings, easy to find location, close to public transport, nice view from balcony, easy check in from the app.
