First the staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel is very clean, there is a restaurant on premises that severed a quality breakfast every morning and the rooms were clean!

When we saw the property from outside we expected less than what we received. Room was big enough, bathroom was beautiful and clean, it was not noisy on the 6th floor. Tapas bar downstairs were excellent. We could check in much earlier than shown on the site, and after check out they locked our luggage for us. Staff were nice.
Room was a bit smelly, but really a little bit of smell of water vapour, not much disturbing.

The location and cleanliness were great. The beds were really comfortable. The room had plenty of space to store your belongings. The staff was also excellent—they kept our luggage after check-out at no extra charge, which was really helpful.
The toilet door wasn’t a great choice, as it doesn’t close all the way. You can hear everything, which is quite uncomfortable. The sound insulation is poor and you can hear the cleaners banging doors from early in the morning.

The door to the bathroom let light through so when one person is sleeping and the other goes to the bathroom the light wakes them up.
