I really liked how clean the hotel room was. Everything was spotless and neatly arranged, and the daily housekeeping was impeccable. It made the stay very comfortable—you truly feel at home.
I would suggest providing more tableware in the room. There was only one cup and one glass, and not even a teaspoon, which made things a bit uncomfortable. Having a more complete set of tableware would make the room feel cozier and more convenient for guests.

The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and nice. The hotel is at a very good location. There are a lot of food spots around for every taste. Both the bus and metro stations are very close. As a solo traveler, safety is important and I did feel safe in the area. Regarding the room - I was in single room, as said, it was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The room was with a main street view on the 1st floor which at night was not the best as it was pretty loud. However that didn’t ruin my stay. Overall I enjoyed the hotel and was happy with my choice :)

Very convenient location, close to subway! Pleasant walk to the marina. Room was a good size and very clean-thanks to all cleaning staff.
Some members of reception staff were quite rude and the bathroom door lock in our room was broken reaulting in the door not latching/closing-issue was reported upon checking in sadly no one looked at it during our stay.

The staff were super friendly, giving tips and hints for places to see and how to navigate the city. Breakfast was brilliant, especially by Spanish standards and, the ladies who cooked and served were brilliant Very clean with daily housekeeping Great security Great location with Las Ramblas, the marina and especially parc monjuic all in walkable distance and round the corner from a metro station for further afield
I didn’t like the pillows but that’s a very personal thing
